The process was easy and the person who provided service was professional, however the van was VERY DIRTY. I called an hour before I picked it up and they said it had not yet been returned and I asked if they would have time to clean it and they said yes. When he took me out to get the van, he commented that the van was really dirty, but he said the inside would be clean. The inside of this new van had dirt and mulch throughout the cab and the cargo section. Someone had smoke cigarettes in it and it was disgusting. I spent time sweeping it because we were moving my daughter's furniture and belongings to an apartment. We had to arrange things to keep them off of the floor of the cargo van. It was a hassle. I tried to give feedback on the form sent to my phone but it had expired by the time I opened it. The van drove well but should have been cleaned and whoever smoked in it and used it to haul mulch and soil should have been fined.

The truck I was given was not safe to take down the road the engine was idling rough and it needed brakes all the way around thankfully I was moving stuff from a house to my storage facility and only drive it 5 miles. The check in process was horrible at this location had to go in the building to get the key was not kept in lock box

Not quite an app experience. Still had to go into the store, get keys, drop off keys, pay, etc. The Uhaul was brand new and it drove amazingly well. Thank you so much!

I rented a van to pick up a desk from out out of town seller who we had arranged to meet on Saturday. Immediately after I signed the papers for the van, my wife called to say the seller had canceled and would not be able to meet us until the next day. I hadn't even driven the vehicle, but U-Haul would not cancel my rental and I ended up having to rent it for two days instead of one.

The truck runs horribly. Sounds like the wheel are ready to fall off of it. Steering wheel shakes. Truck is not fit to be leased out to another customer

No drop box and no instructions for where to leave key after hours. Clerk specifically said they had a place to drop off after hours. Eventually found an unmarked mailbox behind the store. Uhaul customer service said this location did not have after hours drop off but the web site allowed me to check out.

Having the trucks in the back of the building is kind of a pain if the keys aren't kept out there also. I saw the key box when I returned but maybe they only use it for late pick-ups? The people inside are very helpful and if I use this location again, I would probably just rent through them as the app added little value in this case (i.e. during their business hours).

The young man who checked me out in the morning and was kind enough to check me back in even though we got back 10 minutes after they closed showed outstanding customer service I really wish I could remember his name. Great service!

The location was ok but uhaul over charged me by a lot and I can't get anyone from uhal to contact me. I will never use uhaul again and will never recommend it.

The only problem was that I was unable to locate the drop off box for the keys?? I spent 30/40 mins after a long day of moving and then was put on hold for ever!! They weren't too helpful. Now I have to go back and drop off the keys Right when they open on Memorial Day!

In my opinion, the person responsible for checking in and out wasn't truthful. I took pictures of the mileage when I got in and when when I dropped off the vehicle and what was on their record was higher. Then they charged me $10 for a dolly and furniture pads. Neither of which I requested, it wasn't in my original agreement when I took the truck out and I didn't use them. The same gentleman told me to walk away as he needed to call “Corp office” and didn't want me “hovering over” him.

when I reserved the truck, it said I could use my smartphone to pick it up but when I got there they said they dont support the phone pickup so I had to go inside and go through their pickup process. It took longer than expected to get the truck.

Please provide some warning on the Uhaul website directions, that an additional contact had to be called via phone, to verify the rental customer's identity BEFORE receiving the keys. Very frustrating trying to reach someone who was not expecting a call. Otherwise, the pick up location at Ace Hardware was very convenient, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Overall issue was trying to do the pickup via the mobile device. Did not work and then had to go into store to complete, which required them to go through all of the stuff I had already done online. The store was open at 7, but will not take UHauls before 8. Had they just taken rentals at 7 I would not have needed to try the mobile. The truck had medicines and vape bottles from another customer. My biggest issue was the mobile app not functioning more so than the location issues.

I was disappointed that I rented a utility dolly online but when I picked up my truck they stated they only had a regular dolly! They did refund the price of the dolly however thank god I only had a washer and dryer! Uhaul should supply the supply stores better! Great service and staff!!

The experience was great until it was time to turn the truck in. I was charged for the utility dolly and the furnitiure pads. I did not use either item nor did I request that I needed them. I specifically told the lady on the phone that I did not need them when I made my reservation. I was told I had to call u-haul directly since the payment was processed already. When I called U-Haul they told me I needed to speak to a supervisor which had already left for the day. Very disappointed in being overcharged and now having to do so many extra steps to get my money back.

The only negative is that the facility may need additional help. We were waiting for quite awhile for someone to assist us. In their defense, though; it was a holiday week, so maybe they were short staffed because of this. Truck was VERY clean and ran great! Overall, the service was good and satisfactory. I would return for sure.

Truck was pretty worn out. Dirty inside and out. Wiper blades poor, serious vibration driving at highway speed of 70+ MPH, either front tire balance, or maybe driveshaft out of balance?

Everyone at the pick up location was amazing and very helpful. HOWEVER, I booked online on the internet and when I went through the online check in I was required to give a phone number of someone I knew. This screen is rather vague and I assumed it was for an emergency contact. Then I get a rather agitated phone call from my husband questioning what I was doing. Since it was for work, he didn't know the situation and thought we were being scammed. It is a good thing I wasn't an abused wife who was trying to run away from her abusive spouse, that phone call from your company could have cost me my life. You need to rethink this verification process.
