Van was not super clean, but not terrible. The people at Westerville Ace Hardware were excellent.
Robert SThe actual location was great and the personnel were courteous. I have no problem with them. My problem is with some of the procedures directly with U-haul, but since I was not requested Feedback about U-haul itself, I won't be providing that here.
MAX RThere is nothing wrong with the location. But the Uhaul booking system used is the worst and not user friendly. The staff tried for over 1.5 hours to add an additional driver. They had to contact the Uhaul traffic office for help and even then it didn't work. It was a very frustrating experience.
