We had to switch to this location after Frost Road didn’t have our equipment ready. It delayed us by an hour getting on the road. Will use county line going forward.

only complaint was the computer at ace froze at pmt screen, so they started over, but my card was run twice. Took out of account twice having difficulties trying to get one of the charges deleted. so i paid twice but only 1 uhaul.

William RThere was some confusion when I went to Ace. I had an appointment for a Sat pickup at 7am, though the employee at Ace said they didn’t open until 8am so he wasn’t sure how I would get the key. I would have been pretty ticked off to get there and have to sit around for an hour on moving day. Hopefully others haven’t had this same experience, why have times if you have to go into the store to get the keys?

Zoe aNothing!— I was greeted right away in the store and directed to the service desk. My info was reviewed (and corrected—I had entered some things wrong in my online app). Equipment worked well. Return was simple and quick—It was all good.
Rita LOverall a good experience, but there were a few pain points that I would like to share. Pickup Process: allow people to set up emergency contact information while setting up the reservation, especially if it is required. This caused an issue for me as my contact was in a meeting and couldn’t answer the phone call. Set this up early and let me go. I could have been done much sooner had I not had to deal with this. App should provide proper drop off location for each location. Ace Hardware is in a strip mall, and I picked the van up in the front. However, the drop off is in the back and that took a while to figure out. Also, the box for the key was not marked well and not by the door. It was by steps and painted black with a small UHaul sticker which took a minute to find due to cars parked around it. Also, I was looking by the back door and didn’t think it would be hidden next to the steps. Have the app show me a picture or exact location with a basic map in these situations. I had an issue with the app. I was closing out the order and taking pictures when it crashed, I logged back in and it showed as checkout being final and I still had pictures to take. Maybe the App would have given me drop off location after this step, but J will not know and location for drop off should be first step. Last item with the truck was minor but not horrible. The little red box between the seats seemed to be loose or something, it had a horrible rattle. Ended up stuffing towels between it and the wall and took care of it. I get these vans aren’t meant to be silent, but this is likely a quick tightening of a bolt to solve. Otherwise, god experience and the can gave me no issues. I would rent again but would also make sure my contact is available and make sure I am clear where to drop it off if not at a standard U-Haul location.

TERESA HI was not notified that the truck was no longer parked at this location. Their lot was being re-sealed, so they moved the truck to an alternate location; which I had to walk to. I checked in digitally, but then was FORCED to check in again with Paul at the location. But first I had to wait 30 minutes for Paul to come back from break. What part of skipping the line is this? Then I had to walk back to the truck's new location. They knew I had a reservation! They knew my info. They could have easily emailed texted me and told me their new location. Check in took over an hour OF MY TIME & MY RENTAL TIME. Unacceptable.

Sanjeev SAll of the employees were friendly and happy to help customers, however I question the level of training they received. For example, the young man (teen) that helped me sign out the rental van did not know what kind of gasoline the vehicle required and did not send me off with all of the blankets I requested and paid deposit on. There were issues with either the software or the computer system the employees had to use, both when I reserved the rental van and when I signed out the rental. This was no fault of their own. The incorrect instructions for releasing the parking break were posted on the dashboard.

William RMake the drop off process better understood by employees so they can explain it to customers. When utilizing an online reservation service for storage units, please be sure to check that the storage unit is actually available at the location chosen. This was not my experience and it’s made me not want to use your services again as it caused a major issue for me as I moved out of an apartment.

Mary MThe only issue is that the furniture dolly was missing and we didn't know until we got to our move location. We tried to use the other one that was with the truck, but without straps, we couldn't use it and really needed the appliance one. I will have to contact uhaul to get it refunded.

Jonathan SI was excited to use the Mobile service and watched the video ahead of time so I would know what to expect. I was very dismayed to learn that this location requires you to come inside and pick up the key after I got to the final step. The entrance was on opposite side of the building from where the van was located. I then had to wait an extra 20 minutes just to have the customer service person to be notified that I was waiting and then process my rental. He seemed confused by the fact that I had completed everything via my phone. Additionally, he had to get the equipment I ordered (i.e. dolly) and put it into the van. I would have thought that was already taken care of. What's the point of the mobile service if I still have to go inside and wait on a customer service rep?
