MARIA BOdometer was not read correctly by employee and I had to catch their error as the miles it said I drove were about 2x greater than I actually drove. But otherwise I got exactly what I ordered.

Rebecca WMy main issue is with the pick up by mobile (phone). I used the nonprofit credit card/email but my phone number (since I don't have access to the email). You all asked for a second person verification. I entered in the nonprofit director but because her name was on the contact for it wouldn't work. I put in my phone number, but the system said that was associated with the account. I had to frantically contact the organizer of the event to get them to send me someone else's phone/name. A process that should have taken 5- to ten minutes took about 35 minutes and a whole lot of frustration. I realize this was probably an anomaly, but still spoiled by experience. The truck was clean and ran fine; the location was great and when I returned it, I spoke with the gentleman and had no issues with the return.

Thom PThe truck I reserved was not available. This is a big deal when you have movers scheduled and have to be on time. Fortunately the gentlemen gave me a larger truck. The larger truck was not ideal for the area I had to drive into. You need to let people know when their truck is not available so other arrangements can be made. I will use Budget next time.

ROBERT DWe have used this location many times with great results. This time, after booking the rental earlier in the week, we received a call a day or so later to be informed that the rental was double booked and we would have to go out of our way to another location to pick up our truck. However after some discussion we were able to get a truck at this location at a later time in the day. Everything else went fine.
LAWRENCE PI had no issues. My truck was ready for me at my reserved time and I was able to return it in about 4.5-5 hours.

MICHAEL OI had to pick up my rental at a different location. I was switched from a location in Kent, Ohio to the above location in Akron, Ohio. I was told that extra miles would be added to my 150 miles allotment. When I turned in the truck the following day, I had put 161 miles on the truck over the 150 miles allotment....so 11 miles over. I was charged for the extra 11 miles. I believe the 11 miles extra charge should be credited back.

TODD HOwner of this facility very rude and used bad words. He himself add insurance in my rental contract without telling me.and charge me for that. When I called him he used bad words and insulted.

JOHN SEmployee was limited in what he could do because the computer was grossly inadequate. It took forever to complete the rental contract. Additionally, the customer had to help pick up the trailer from the ground and place it on the hitch. Tongue weight on a 6 x 12 cargo trailer is between 200-300 pounds that put us not happy!

GAVIN RThe man slim the office was extremely rude. Mumbled to himself, would not help with the trailer. His exact words- if you are cheap and rent a trailer- then connect it yourself. Will never use this location again until he is gone.

MARK HThe truck was a total piece of crap that barely made it to my destination. Had nothing to do with the location itself where I got the truck. Dude was super nice. Got a check engine light halfway to destination. Almost didn't make it up steep grade through WV, VA mountains. Constant front end shaking, engine surging 50-60mph, and it was the most stressful drive I've ever had. Only 75k miles on the truck but drove like a 200k mile truck.

MICHELLE DAll was good until I received an additional charge for fuel. I still need to call. I'd taken a picture and shared that there was only 42 miles until empty and when I returned the gauge said 40 miles miles until empty. I got charged for $33 fo not bringing it back the same. WTF!!
