The location is great. My issue is that I booked the pick up in Mount Vernon OH and somehow ended up with the reservation moved to Westerville. No explanation as to why.

Excellent no problems
Timothy LI reserved a truck a week in advance. on pick up I learned the employee called in sick so they had to find someone else to come in. this guy did not know how to operate the computer to get into the system. He tried calling managers and got no call back so he had to do the transaction manually which put me behind an hour and a half. After getting the truck home, I learned that the padlock did not work so I had to go back and exchange the padlock the employee there said there was only one working padlock on all those trucks so he gave me that one. When I return the truck on the 12th Wednesday, the gentleman that worked that day was very short with me and not very friendly, he had no customer service. Never asked how things went or any problems. So no from now on I will avoid this location. Will not recommend.
