Bill GI had to fill out so much information twice…once before I arrived and once I arrived again. It felt unnecessary and wasted time. You gave me the keys to the wrong truck and I couldn’t get ahold of anyone so we took the truck we got the keys to. Because of this we couldn’t accurately record the information or take correct photos for pickup and drop off. Nothing about this process was smooth.
