MARY AThe Westerville location has the friendliest staff and will go our of their way to assist you. The vehicles are always thoroughly cleaned and gassed up prior to my arrival. Completing the paperwork is always short and sweet so I can get about my business.
Kathy RI had to wait quite a while to return unused boxes. I didn't need help. It was Labor Day weekend and there appeared to be several moves. There were few staff members, though. There was only one gal at the register and she was chronically yawning.
