Burley was a great help! I had to explain to him why there was a Strongsville pick up address instead of the Westerville address. He was understanding and took care of everything for me including emailing the final bill too me. I should have got something off for delaying my trip for over an hour....

I used the mobile check-in and return option for the first time and the process was great. The app walks you through how to obtain the keys and document the condition of the rental when you get it. It does the same on the return side, documenting the condition of the vehicle when you return. I have rented several times from this Frost Road location and they are always very nice and have never had an issue.
Jeffrey ETrailer was connected to a 2020 Suburban with a 2” drop hitch. The trailer rode at a steep angle. A 6” drop hitch should have been used. Customer provided the hitch but was only informed later by others that the 2” hitch was
