Poorly lit and in sketchy part of town.

Not use scare tactics on your text messaging that I have to use your app and my cellphone data in order to check out and in the truck, or be fined a $20 fee. This type of messaging is not cool. If I would have assessed the $20, I would never use U-Haul again.

I made my reservation online, when I arrived my vehicle was there and ready, I was in and out in less then 10 minutes. Everyone was very helpful and nice. Thankyou for great service.

The Gentlemen at The Westover Exxon Uhaul Location Give 5 Star service. They are one of the best UHaul dealers I have ever been to. Seriously, If UHaul has a service award, these guys should really be considered. Thank You.

When I made my reservation, I let them know I was paying cash. When I get to the uhaul place to pick up uhaul, I find out I'm going to have to pay a $100 deposit, which I was unaware of. I am not made of money. It would've been nice to be aware of this charge before pick up.

The condition of the truck was dirty with leftover junk/trash from previous renter. However, the location owner took care of it right away. He was attentive to the issue. I would rent from this location again.

Your online 24/7 check in did not work for me and I had to stand in a hot parking lot with the sun beating on me for 45 minutes while on the phone with your customer reps to get the stupid check in process to work. Also your system hung up on me at one point to. Absolutely HORRIBLE mobile 24/7 check in experience.

They didn't have the size vehicle I request but instead gave me a larger van. This was never mentioned, either before I arrived or during pick up process.
