App is a bit glitchy to use. The place I picked up the U-Haul had trouble getting onto your website to complete the payment to pick up the truck also.

Had the wrong trailer for when I showed up. Then said they would swap my contract around. 2 days later I get the trailer back to my drop off and have to spend an hour in there waiting for them to do what was suppose to be and said was going to be done before I dropped it off...
Austin CTrailer was ready to go, and they sent someone out to help hook it up to my SUV. Rode great down the road.
