Had the wrong trailer for when I showed up. Then said they would swap my contract around. 2 days later I get the trailer back to my drop off and have to spend an hour in there waiting for them to do what was suppose to be and said was going to be done before I dropped it off...
Austin CTrailer was ready to go, and they sent someone out to help hook it up to my SUV. Rode great down the road.

Dulce KThis location never picks the phone. You can't leave VM either. On top of that if it rings call gets dropped. Tried multiple times. Actual truck was parked somewhere backside which was not part their shop I guess. Wasted 1/2 hour and multiple calls since the truck which was in front was NOT the one. Called main number , they gave another number. Same story. they hang up or xall gets dropped. Called multiple times. Finally figured that was not the truck. If UHaul wants all these pics to know where it was parked when returning why U Haul does not tell customers where it is parked by picture?

douglas hThere was a panel above where the ramp gets pulled out that was dented down which made it INCREDIBLY difficult to take out and put back the ramp. Other than that, the experience was excellent.

bill sThe left turn signal was falling out, I assume it was functioning. I was charged 3 days for rental because it was a holiday weekend and the shop was closed. I returned it the same day and have yet to hear back so I lost money on it. Other than that it was fine.

Kevin MFor a start you could have them fill up the tank. Who wants to begin their journey at the pumps? They marked it at 1/4 of a tank, but it was less. Do you know how hard it is to plan out your trip so that when you return it it has a 1/4 tank in it? I drove it around longer than I needed just to try and get some of my gas money back. I finally returned it with 5/8 of a tank. As far as the cleanliness; the passenger's floorboard was COVERED in mud. There was mud spots on the hand hold too. The driver's side window had a dried drip hanging down from what I assume was the remains of someone's attempt at spitting a loogie out of the window... The seats are uncomfortable and the ride was bumby as hell. Maybe the fact that it had just under 72,000 miles on it had something to do with that. You lost a customer with this one. I'll gladly pay a little for a clean, filled up, low mileage Penske. Bye now.

Jeff HThe inside drivers side floor was muddy by was no problem. The only thing I think could be improved on a company level is the charge per mile that you charge. I realize there is upkeep that is required on all the vehicles but even at $.25 per mile that would cover the regular maintenance required on the vehicle. Example is 5000 mile oil change. At 5000 miles @ $.25 would net you $1250. I don’t know of any oil changes costing that much. That is just an example. The $.69 is way over priced and seems to be to the point of gouging the customer. Just my thoughts

Rohithreddy KIt took almost 2 hours to get the code for the box. Then upon return I travelled 15 miles and the app was charging me for 115. Then it turned a 19.95 local rental into 89.95. I will not ever recommend the use of the 24/7 truck share.

Keith MCustomer service Website is absolutely horrible. It took almost an hour for me to get my uhaul. The rep inside said that uhaul took control over my order and wasn’t able to assist me. why can’t the verification process happen when you register? That why you not waiting for customer service to verify your information, which by the way I got hung up on 6 times by customer service. Then the call back number still put me on hold. It’s lucky you guys don’t have much competition over wise I’m not sure why anyone would use your service. The truck was awful. The AC shut off when driving up a hill, it was extremely dirty, and just overall a crappy vehicle to drive. I used to drive box trucks so I understand that it’s not gonna be a great ride, but my goodness it was so dirty with cigarette butts in the cup holder. Not to mention how lose the steering was. I mean y’all really don’t take covid seriously because it obviously wasn’t clean. And your customer service sucks. Definitely will seek other options next time. Absolutely terrible experience.

MARK KLocation was fine but the online check in process was a nightmare your app/process was a real pain asking for information at location with no notice I’m glad i was able to do last minute.
William SIt was too expensive. I only needed the truck for 4 hours & it cost me $108. There are too many hidden fees & this was a local move - so about 10 miles altogether. I should not have had to pay so much extra for mileage on top of everything else.
