It took over 2 hours for me to get my U-Haul. My reservation was cancelled by the store twice. I paid movers 500$ for them sitting around for 2 hours while waiting for my U-Haul. 500$ I didn’t have nor did they work for. All because of LACK of customer service! My experience was HORRIBLE and I won’t be renting again. I wasn’t even compensated for my inconvenience

My overall experience was very good. The only area that could be improved is communication. after picking up the truck from Storage Sense, I wanted to change my drop off location but could not make contact with U haul. I tried using the link provided in the receipt email but got no response. I left a phone msg with Storage Sense but no response. Thank you, Dan Thayer

The representative at this shell location was absolutely poor and was not helpful at all with my securing the provided U-Haul trailer. If I did not have my son with me for support I would have not been successful with securing the trailer to my vehicle and resolving questions regarding the vehicle connection. This was simply not a good experience.

Never went over the truck. Also lied about the miles on the truck when I received the truck I told him the miles and he didn’t even check. Very lazy and incompetent. Would never recommend this U-Haul site to anyone

The trailerI rented would not open. When I called the shell to explain that the trailer wouldn't open and I would need to return it foe a replacement, I was told to "look at a video on YouTube on how to open and lock the door." I have rented trailers before and know how to operate a functioning door, this door was broken. The area was also difficult to get out of and I had to hook up the trailer on my own, which I'm capable of doing, but the guy didn't even bother to offer to help, which was a first. I will not be renting g from that location again, nor would I ever recommend someone to rent from there.

My pick up location was changed to West Point Shell 24 hours before pick up. It took 45 minutes and three phone calls to U Haul to complete or check out. The clerk was incompetent and confessed this was his very first check out transaction. Our trailer was the very last U-Haul unit available from this location. I can only hope that is because you are closing it down permanently.

No one knew what they were doing I didn’t get the truck I was reserved for because they couldn’t figure out how to work the computer I waited for three hrs to get a truck They let people infront of me and processed them I called U-Haul three times for help and no one could help me It was the worst experience I’ve had in a long time I was suppose to get a discount for the wrong truck and the Hassle and I got charged in full 334$ I will never use U-Haul again

U- haul, did not clarify that the vans are only for local use, not one way trips, and changed my reservation with no explanation or warning. They then switched the location where I needed to pick up my reservation to a third party location, where they had none of the packing supplies that I paid for available (boxes and furniture pads)

The Trailer was filled with trash and other paraphernalia (clothes and needles). My best guess is that "homeless drug users" were crashing in the trailer.

The Drop Off Location would receive Negative Stars if the raring was available. The individual was useless, rude, would not come to direct where the trailer was to be placed l, and tried to keep the rental contract refusing to check it in while was there. He took a photo of the contract and said I would receive an email of the return. I returned the trailer before it was due and documented the return by contacting U-Haul via chat to confirm. I was concerned that the Drop Off Location would delay the return or otherwise possibly not return it at all. Later in the day, I received an emIl billing me for a late return. I contacted U-Haul via chat again to be told they would not immediately refund the improper charges and I needed to wait al least 3 business days for a response even though U-Haul had documented the return earlier in the day.

It took a lot of time to get the key to the truck. Also, I had to go to the other UHaul facility down the street to get the blankets and dolly.

Stop charging b y the mile just replace the gas
