Communication the person talking care the paperwork didn’t understand your system well enough until another person came to help . Also the location they choose for drop off was far from where I was even though they were closer ones.

stanley zMy only issue with the vehicle is that the cabin was full of pet hair. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I would rent from them again.
Pantha SClerk was preoccupied and asked me to wait while he took care of other customers. I will not use this location again nor will I recommend it.
