1) Trailer had tree bark, leaves, etc. in it (obviously wasn't cleaned after a previous renter). 2) I was told my wife ordered (6) moving cloths & a utility dolly, which didn't make any sense considering we already have those of our own. So, it costed twice what it should have and we didn't even open the cloths. 3) My wife originally called to p/u a trailer in Mustang and was told we would need to pick it up by 4:15, then return it by 4:15 on Saturday. We then found out that the trailer we wanted wasn't available at that location. I went to the 5th Street location to p/u the trailer around 2:30 - 3:00, but was told to return to p/u the trailer at 4:15 if I wanted to return it at 4:15 on Saturday. So I did, then when I returned at 4:05 on Saturday, they were closed, but they failed to tell me that they closed early on Saturday, even though we discussed it on Friday. 5) I was forced to remove my hitch because it was about 1 1/2" higher than they allowed, but I wasn't told about that until I returned to pick the trailer up, throwing us behind. 6) I didn't have a pin, so I asked how much to buy one. He told me not to worry about it; he would loan me one. When they were closed early on Saturday, I returned the trailer to the Mustang location. I told them I had the loaner pin and asked if they would return it for me. They told me that they had notes to charge me double if I failed to return the pin.PAUL W.

Customer service was terrible. They gave us the wrong key and wouldn't help us for over an hour. Asking to talk to the manager and they wouldn't allow it. It was an overall bad experience. We have had okay experiences in the past but this was by far the worst we have ever had.Charles N.

The guy running the place was very condescending and just really didn't like his tone when speaking. I just felt like he really didn't need my business. Make signage more clear as to where to park the uhaul. There was signage but it was in front of the storage units and the online instructions say not to block gates. Also, leave instructions as to where the key drop box is so people don't have to walk all over trying to find it.shelby A.
The uhaul place and person at this store was nice and helped with everything. The labor I hired to move me showed up said I didn't have the equipment I needed, so I said to wait here and when I returned the equipment they were gone and wouldn't answer my phone calls after. Please don't use the movers with uhaul if you want someone else to move you.CARRIE K.

The location was fine and truck was clean. But my order was moved from another location and that meant I didn't get an appliance dolly as requested. Multiple labels on the truck stating the broken items didn't make up for them being broken. The radio being broken was not a big deal since we were just moving within town. But the back latch should be repaired rather than putting a tiny label above it saying that the door will get stuck. I've used Uhaul to move multiple times, and this was the worst experience I've had. I hope our next experience is better or we will use a different company moving forward.TYLER A.
