U-Haul did not calculate my miles correctly for trip bid. I drove the truck less then two miles away from pick up location, and then straight to destination. Upon return, I was charged for 15 additional miles.

The trailer gate closure pins were worn and caused excessive noise and vibration while driving. One of the hinges appeared to have broken welds that were not evident upon the first inspection. This gave me a lack of confidence that my cargo was secure and worried me during my 6-day travel across the country.

Insuring vehicle safety. Had multiple issues with my vehicle such as terrible alignment, terrible suspension. This vehicle I did not feel safe in. Upon pick up there was plenty of cat and dog hair. Which during a time of coronavirus these vehicles should be cleaned very well. I am disappointed with my rental and probably will never use uhaul again based on this experience.

So I show up on time for my pickup at 930am and the guy tells me they don't have my truck I reserved for dome apparent reason then I have to drive out of my way to go to another location to get a another truck and I didn't recover any compensation for the inconvenience they put me thru I finally got in a truck about 1030am totally ridiculous tbh
