How U-Haul Reviews Work1 tire was very low on tred and another was practically dry rotted and blew early into our very long drive. Overall U-haul needs to do a better job at maintaining tires vs just letting them blow and causing customers to be delayed and stranded on the side of the road for over an hour.
Carrie FThe staff was TOP NOTCH at this location in Yukon at Pointe Place! The truck was awesome, ran very well and was easy on fuel. The front end on it did a little road walking and it might need to be looked into before too long. That is the only thing I would say that was a bad experience.
