Have the trucks full of fuel so you don’t have to guess when you return it and put more fuel in that you started with.

They closed at 4 and we showed up closer to 4:30. We were still greeted by an employee who was very friendly and allowed us to park the trailer inside the gated area.

Truck seemed to bounce up and down a lot between the speeds of 40 to 55. Not sure this is normal or some indication of some type of issue.

Lady inside was very rude. Accused me of smoking in the rental. (My wife and I both have NEVER smoked). Just very rude and insulting.

Everything about my experience there was positive. Very friendly family atmosphere. Very professional, able to answer any questions to satisfaction. And Exceptionally helpful! He listened to my particular situation and altered the plan to fit MY exact needs! His representation makes U-haul look good. He deserves to be acknowledged for it.

Using your app is for the birds. I have used U-Haul off and on for the last 50 years with ease; this time was wrought with technical difficulties to no end. Someone needs to put a lot more work to simplify that process and make it less sensitive.

Employee working at the Westpoint location in Mustang Oklahoma was very kind and helpful. They are knowledgeable on the services, vehicles, and product for sale. Truck was ready to go and clean when arriving to pick up reservation.

The online check in service was horrible. The people at the facility were great. This whole get verified by multiple people did not work for me and the two customers ahead of me in line. Due to this process I was delayed almost an hour. The truck smelled of cigarette smoke badly and we had to drive with the windows down on a 102 degree day to be able to breathe

I was charged a $25 cleaning fee, when I left the blankets that I rented returned in the truck. Why would I be charged for something that had to be returned?

The only thing I say could be better is the seats if you have to stop and take power naps the seats are extremely uncomfortable. That’s the only thing I did not care for thank you very much.

I made a reservation a month before I needed the truck. The day before, they called and said I would have to pick it up in another town. They then charged me for extra mileage when I turned it in, which is totally unacceptable. I checked the truck in in person and the lady at the drop off point apparently didn’t know what to do, so she wrote down the information on a scrap of paper. Hours later a rep called me to see if I was returning the truck. They said they would reach out to the rep at the location. I stopped by later to make sure they had taken care of it. It was 5 1/2 hours AFTER I had dropped it off they still hadn’t checked it in, but told me not to worry about it, they would get to it.

Instructions weren’t clear as you enter the area. Truck was dirty in the cab and in the back of the truck. There were numerous trash items under the seats in the cab. The good news is the truck ran great with no issues at all !

My unit had rats in it when I collected my stuff. I'm very upset full of rat turds and there were bad rats inside very unsatisfied.. had to throw stuff away

Watch out for their highly trained attack cat. LOL I moved out of my unit when I realized I have not been to the unit in over a year and forgot what I had in there, then realized, I had paid more in that year than what the stuff was worth. Management did a great job.

Westpointe Self Storage is the best place to store if you live in the Mustang/Yukon area. The storage buildings are always clean and I never have to worry about the safety of my things. The staff, Chip, Sara and Tammy are amazing folks to work with. They provide service with such a friendly, courteous and professional demeanor every single time…even when it is very busy! Such a wonderful family that truly cares and helps answers every customer’s questions/needs. Thank you (Chip, Sara and Tammy) for making my storage time there a pleasant and safe one! This facility is excellent. Chip is adamant about keeping everything at this site clean and secure. He is a superb manager. The only reason we moved out is because we sold all our properties in the area and no longer needed a warehouse, Thanks for all you do.

This place is by far the absolute best rental/storage center I have ever encountered. I am so thankful for these people, making my move less stressful with their helpfulness and professionalism. I had a storage unit here too and they were great. I highly recommend them. Clean, safe, easy access, extremely friendly, I could go on and on. The storage unit cost was better than any other in town. I can’t thank them enough for their help in my making my uhaul rentals easy and stress free.
