DO NOT OVERBOOK TRUCKS!!! Try to focus on customer satisfaction and not promising equipment that isn't there, which complicates an already stressful day. I am not a satisfied Uhaul customer at all

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating when the app for the U-Haul would not allow me to check in from my phone, they took care of things over the counter. And when I needed the vehicle an extra day they made that happen very quickly, and without any hiccups.

The truck we rented was very dirty in the cab like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. At the time of this health crisis going on it was very disturbing. Then when I returned the truck I'm out in the rain having to take pictures.

Trash in cab behind seats, gas tank was only little over half got extra charges for nothing!!! Go to a different rental service!!!

Dont call two days before someone needs trailers to tell them there are non in the location that they reserved them. Also you need to keep better track of your trailers. I had to call local uhaul place to find one closer to me because uhaul could not find any close to my area. They had me traveling 60 miles one way to get trailers and I needed two and the were in different directions Maybe you need more trailers! Couldn't checkin online because the link they sent didn't work and also when I tried to find my reservation online....they said I didnt have one. How do I have a reservation number then?!!

In the firts case I scheduled of a rental 4 dozen of furniture pads to have a safe move of my furniture and this location don't have any. How can the company offers this service when don't have in the stock. Even I don't receive a call with time ahead that the following items don't have in the location. Start the truck an a engine light come on, I let the person know about that issues and it saids was ok and can used like that. How can have a safe move if the truck of the company rental it is not proper conditions to drive safe to any destination and could you let to an accident because the rental truck it is not on the good mechanical conditions.

I'm not sure how it happened but the truck we reserved at 8am was not available until 10am. The man at this location did call us in advance to let us know it got double booked.

Requested credit card number all over again, despite having entered it with the reservation. Truck didn't have enough gas in it to drive the miles reserves for. Location had terrible and borderline non-functional phone service to rerun credit card and address these concerns.

Ensure information for rental is consistent between all places. The pick up place had different information than the drop off place.

It was raining when I picked up the equipment, so it would be nice to have some sort of rain cover over the key area. The lock was also very difficult to get open. Otherwise, it was a smooth experience. The person who helped me check it back in was very nice.

Austin location was a different experience I wasn't even acknowledged so I finally went and figured out how to use the app and self checked out myself

Well, it had nothing to do with the drop off location. But before i turned the trailer in to the Austin location, it was reported to be turned in to a location in North Carolina and my credit card was charged. Because it was already turned in, it made it difficult for me to actually turn in my trailer to the actual location I scheduled. It was a pain

There was nothing wrong with the location of this rental, but it was not where we wanted to pick the trailer. We were moving from Mason City, IA and did not want to drive 50 miles out of our way to Austin, MN to pick up the trailer. If you look at the fine print on the contract, it state that they will call the night before and give you a location, and they did, They stated that it would be available in Clear Lake, IA which was only 10 miles out of our way. Then called hours later and told us that it would be in Austin, MN. The gal on the phone argued with me about the distance to Austin, she claimed that it was only 36 miles. I have taken that drive many times as an adult and it is not 36 miles. Disappointed that U-Haul could not deliver as expected.

The equipment was not in proper working condition. I was told the lights were working. The lights were not working because I checked before I left home and proceeded on my trip to AZ. When I got to Story City, IA a repairman was dispatched to fix the trailer lights and he did a great job.

The place was fine, what was awful was my "reservation" experience. Had to drive an hour from where my reservation was supposed to be, it was not the truck I was supposed to have, insane and horrible customer experience.

The gentleman at Westside Auto new the trailer had bad brakes let us drive it off the lot when I called them back they were locked up he told us told me it was my problem that he couldn't do anything about it cuz I drove it off the lot we got out in the country in it and had to sit there for four and a half hours waiting for someone to bring us a new trailer the gentleman that brought the new trailer I rate 100% excellent he was great very helpful and got us back on the road the rest of the experience was wonderful that new trailer works fine but I would never recommend Westside Auto ever again to get a trailer from he was rude the owner was very rude I think when you rent a trailer for seven hundred and some dollars he shouldn't have to sit in the country for four and a half hours waiting to have a new trailer delivered to you when I had asked him specifically could he come out and get us going again and he refused

Operator is an old mechanic who doesn't care. I picked up my trailer and found the door to be stuck open, the uhaul guy never knew. He was helpful for hookup however.

Clarification that lock box is located on the shed, not on back of truck as stated on app. App check in- Wish that i could have done the majority of this online rather than the while my family was dropping me off (picture of license, contact, call verification, return location that i had already looked up and specified on original order)

My reservations was set for Rochester, mn got there to find out that whole city wouldn't have the equipment that I reserved. At the 2 uhaul locations I was sent to neither customer service agent didn't even attempted to help me find another trailer . I had to go out my way to just call uhaul customer service to find out that i have to drive an hour to go get my equipment.

Told me I could save $30 if I returned the unit to Grand Forks ND instead of Thief River Falls MN. I accepted and returned to Grand Forks and they were not expecting it as it showed being returned to Thief River Falls. I had gotten text and email notification to return to TRF but contract stated Grand Forks.

Rick was very helpful and accommodating. The truck was easy to drive and spacious enough for our needs. Both pick up and drop off were easily handled. We picked up Friday about 8:15 am and got done early so returned it on Saturday early afternoon. Good experience. Thank you.
