Cancelled my previous reservation and made it to what worked for me. Thank you.

Lots of trouble getting the uhaul. I had reserved for pick up in a certain city. We drive home 6 hrs to pick it up for a one way and get a call just as we are about to arrive from someone who can see all res. saying there wasn't one that size or the next size up in our town. Had to take the time to go to Austin to get the uhaul. Needless to say when you reserve and it's confirmed you should have it waiting.

I dropped the truck at about 8:30 pm last night of 25 May 2018. No one was around. He must of check the truck in at 10:05 am 26th May 2018. So far it seems to be a common practice for Austin mn to take advantage of customers. Where can I file a complaint to get some of my money back. I work for Austin Walmart and I'm not happy for what Mr. Rick did. Just because he didn't get in to check the truck in until ten. Please call me at 507-460-6387.

Very small rental location...suspect this market could not support larger location

It was fine.

When we picked up our $19.95 rental truck it turned out the gas tank wasn’t filled to full like they used to be. Before returning it I put $15.00 worth of gas in it not being able to see exactly where it would fill to and it was past the full mark. The dealer would not make any adjustment for the extra gas. He told us that was just the way U-Haul works now, they don’t fill their trucks up full like they used to. Just another way to make money I guess at our expense. I thought they had more integrity than that and have always used them for my moving needs. I will go elsewhere from now on.

Everything was very easy. Trucks were easy to drive and clean and well kept.

Nothing,Just keep up the Great Customer Service & Good Work

You can improve on the employee having better customer service. He didn’t speak to us while checking in for the uhaul and gave off a weird vibe. The store was also filthy and truck hadn’t been sweeped out.

Uhaul and the location were fine, good service. My problem was with the Truck, during the worst weekend to move here in May the Windshield wiper motor went out intermittently and stopped working during the snow storm, I had to pull over and try to clean the glass. It was horrible. Then the wipers also needed to be training. It put my life and my family life in danger because the truck was not checked out to ensure everything worked prior to rental.

The guy sitting at the counter was wearing a uhaul hat in a building with a uhaul sign on it and a customer was trying to explain that his credit card was over charged for a truck rental. The guy told him that he is not uhual and that his invoice only showed one charge even though the customer had his statement from the bank showing the double charge. I stood in line for about 10 minutes listening to this exchange before he even acknowledged I was there.

The ramp on the U-Haul was frozen solid to the truck. It took 15-20 minutes of hammering underneath the truck to try to hack solid chunks of ice off the ramp to get it usable.

not the friendliest -very business like. Clutter lot hard to get around with the UHaul Truck.

Nothing - excellent!

The premises is used for auto repair, and it is not clean, nor inviting. I first rented a truck in Sioux City, Iowa. Then dropped here in Austin, I was not impressed then. If it hadn't been for the fact that it was nearby, I wouldn't have used it. There was no walk around to assess any damages (which I noted at pick-up).

Start over. Dirty, pathetic.

It was not an attractive place but it is a repair shop for cars so I guess I can't fault them because of that..The man was polite and away I went. He waited on me and was courteous...Okay experience..

Can't believe this is the only U-Haul dealer in Austin, Mn. After 9:00 AM and no one around to help help eith te trailer. First impression not very good.

I ordered a 5 x 8 trailer and received a 6 x 12. I had to travel 4000 miles across the country with it and back! It was a lot larger than I wanted or needed. I am a woman so unhitching it alone was impossible.

Hire more people! I know you don't have control over affiliated car repair shop and stuff, but you can do better at your own locations. Especially the repair/hitch install shop, if location is so equipped. The idea is that you can install or repair hitch in one-stop shopping, but if you are perpetually busy and if it's like "oh, maybe we can squeeze you in next Friday", I cannot count on U-Haul to be able to take care of me when I need you. Like, I have to get on highway in 3 hours but there's one thing wrong with me trailer hitch so I'm stuck. There's hitch installation shop right in premise at the location and you have the parts I need, but you have one part timer working and that's it, so everything's on hold. So, that's one thing you can do better for the next customer, to answer your question.

The truck rental was the easiest thing I did all day!

Lights on trailer did not work. Gentleman said hitch. But not. It was within trailer hitch not pu. Also we were told we could but supplies there from SF.... Big not. Had to back into weeds to get trailer.

Truck was fine. I got charged 1.19 a mile and it it said I would only be charged 1.14. I was very disappointed by the change without prior knowledge of price change.

The building has a small unkempt office that was unattended. There was a gentleman working in the back (appeared to be a mechanical shop), just said throw the keys on the counter. No check-in procedures or anything. My Son and I made sure that the vehicle was in the same condition as it was when picked up. Very unprofessional.

My truck size changed so I was unable to use self checkout.
