The guy on the phone didn't seem to know much. Didn't really matter, I guess. I called the next morning to let him know that I had dropped off the truck the night before. He didn't seem to care and didn't confirm with me that everything was okay. Again, not a big deal, but pretty weak in customer relations.

PENNY RVery old and dingy business. Parking lot is a hazard. I dread dropping off equipment here. The man who runs it is accommodating otherwise.
MITCH RWe were charged for a dolly that was not on our truck. I called to have the dolly removed from the bill and the customer service representative said he would take care of it. Upon completion of the rental I now have a $120 no return fee on the dolly, basically saying that I stole the dolly.

JEANNE SI reserved my U-Haul in New Ulm, MN, where it was available at the time of reservation. However, U-Haul called me a day before pickup and informed me it was no longer available, and I had to pick it up in Mankato. Upon returning the vehicle, they charged me extra for mileage! Why?? This wasn’t my fault! U-Haul changed my pickup location and then charged me for it! I have filed a complaint but haven’t heard back yet. So be wary if they do this to you!
SANDRA RI had problems with the gas tank meter on the dashboard screen. It had the wrong reading showing the gas tank was empty when it actually was full of gas. This happened in Albert Lea, Minnesota where l was located to pick up my things at a storage unit.
MARCIA MShould be more friendly, maybe get out of the u haul rental business.
Kim FIt was a quick and easy rental. Only issue I had was I wasn't able to return the dolly at another uhaul. I didn't know equipment had to be returned back to the same place.other than that it's a great place to rent from.
STEVEN MMake sure trucks come with fuel. My truck immediately had no gas before I left the parking lot. I understand it gets busy, but fuel should not be left on customers. Everyone doesn’t honor the bring it back half fuel or 1/4 full. My app also didn’t work for me, so checking in took 1hr. I set a reservation for 8am didn’t pull off until after 9am.
Marielle JOverall I was happy with the rental, not happy I reserved a 26 foot truck originally and couldn’t get one from this location and they wanted me to go to Rochester for one so I had to settle for a 15foot instead of a 26 foot

Jim UTook forever to check in. Did not have any of the furniture movers and only 1 of the dollies I needed. The check engine light was on in the truck. The truck itself was clean.
Linda AYour questions in the survey do not reflect my experience with UHAUL. The equipment was not available at the time and location as promised. We had to travel 90 miles from the original reserved location to get a truck so we could have one when needed and reserved. My overall experience for getting the equipment when and where it was reserved, needed and promised was extremely poor. My reservation was jacked around several times before I got a truck I needed.
