Nathan DRodney is great along with his location. This survey is for the rental locations, which does not include my overall experience making the survey too narrow in scope. I reserved a truck and tow dolly at the large U-Haul near i70+Colorado in Denver, but needed to pick up dolly 40+ miles away, only to have to go to northglen. A call would have been helpful when changing resv locations. Strap on dolly kept coming loose from tire, I notified Chad.
Adam VRodney was awesome! The U-Haul app is a mess! I will never use it again!

connie sThis lot is sketchy.. Seems like a vacant gas station lot with junk cars all left behind. The App was HORRIBLE! Took almost an hour for all the pictures to load.. 15 minutes before it accepted just the first picture of just myself! So I lost 1 hour just trying to pickup the truck so it said I only had 3 hours left! Such a waste of time!!! I will always pick a location with ACTUAL EMPLOYEES WORKING next time.

JEFFREY BNo one was there when I first showed up. Then when I saw 4 bags of furniture pads, I realized I ordered twice as many as I wanted but he wouldn’t take two back. I never opened up two of the four bags, had to travel with them, and couldn’t get refunded for the unused pads. On top of all that, the owner is a Trump supporter with MAGA items all over his store. This location was not one I originally selected.
Salvatore Bthe right mirror vibrated down easily, I had to get out every hour and readjust. The radio screen was dead. The driver info screen was dead. The key stuck in the ignition. twice I had to pull it out with pliers. The rivets on the drivers side of Ma's attic were all pulled loose.
Philip GNo one was able to help me when I dropped off the equipment they were closed however it was hard to find a parking to drop off the equipment, but once I found a parking area, it went smoothly. Thank you

Nghia NRodney, at Westview Automotive was very helpful in getting my reservation up to date and was kind enough to remove the trailer from my vehicle and park it for me as my backing up a trailer into a tight spot (or not a tight spot) is rusty at best.
Julie ANever heard back on my email about an overcharge for gas. Contract #23604552 Email: Looking at this receipt and why am I being charged for 8 gallons of fuel when I only drove 25 miles!? I didn't leave the truck on idle to use that amount of gas. The truck just wasn't filled before my use. Please adjust the charge. I am not responsible for the driver before me, nor personnel, failing to fill it up before my rental.
Corwin CEverything was in amazing shape. And the person that helped out today was amazing. That is a very good location. And everything was good. But one thing that should be in the truck is a USB port to plug in the cord to listen to music.
Shawn BI had to change my booking from Saturday to Sunday and didn't receive a confirmation email. I expected to pick up the truck from the address in the original confirmation email, but when I arrived I discovered the address had changed to a place across town. No warning, no notification. It took an hour to get the truck because we had to drive around the city to find the new location. Will never be doing that again.
TYLER KNo improvements needed. I was in a rush to move some furniture and I called the 800 number and the operator (Ivy) was great. She set me up with a vehicle really close. I went and put cord up the van and the gentleman who lent me the van was fast, and efficient. Zero issues. A perfect operation.

Jason BYou need to explain when picking up and dropping off a truck in an e mail how to do it with the phone . We drove up and the place was closed , we didn’t know what to do . We had no clue until I called , also if we didn’t have phones it would of not worked .

matt MOnline system is in desperate need of and update. It is slow and clunky and not user friendly. I will not be using uhaul again.

Jacob PMan at rental facility would not let us check in, said he closed already. Uhale never said facility would be closed at pickup. Took us over 30 minutes to get thru phone and get help to use app. Thank God for Christy to walk us thru (after being disconnected one with other rep). Paid for a appliance dolly, but left in truck was utility dolly. Oh and man was there for 30 minutes before he left and could've just helped us. No customer service from this place and will never recommend!
Corey MThe person who helped me out wasn’t the friendliest person and also tried to guilt me for not filling up the gas tank even though when I received the truck it was nearly half full, which I did record upon receiving the truck. I’m not taking a trip to the gas station to fill up what I didn’t use, which would’ve put more miles on the truck to take that extra trip. I used it for less than 20 miles and barely made a dent in gas, which I was totally fine paying for but it didn’t make sense that I was asked to fill it all the way up. If everyone who used it before me didn’t fill it up, doesn’t make it my responsibility to do it and pay extra . I gave the truck back in the exact condition it was given; the cabin had stains and wasn’t clean, and the truck itself was way out of alignment which made it hard to drive at some points/speeds. Overall not the best uhaul experience I’ve had and most likely would not go through this location again.
Isaiah SI am very thankful that the owner at this location was so accommodating and helpful because Uhaul messed up my online reservation. I was supposed to be able to do a 24/7 pickup but when I arrived at my location the app would not let me do that and said I had to wait for the location to open. I tried calling the main number and there was well over an hour wait. This was very disappointing.
Michael KGreat location and great staff. Location is very convenient to where i live. Checkin was in and out no issues. And drop off was done over the uhaul app which made it a lot easier in the long run.
