No help hooking up 6x12 trailer. "Hook it up then pull up here for a picture" Charged for safe tow, which was declined on my reservation, called uhaul Saturday(location closed) they sent message to not charge me, still did. So 2 extra unnecessary phone calls while trying to move...silly.
