This location was the third location I was sent to by U-Haul. Very poor service at the first two locations.
JACKIE CJust be more transparent about prices. I was a bit confused about the deposit and a possible refund. Overall great service. U-Haul needs to improve on training so representatives fully understand where the money goes.
