Drop off location was closed. Uploading photos took several minutes per photo. I was not sure where to park as all spots were already taken. I tried not to block any trucks in.
John GEfficient and easy in and out. Actually they had internet issues and they powered through and got us right out the door!
Mitchell AOne of the wheels was out of balance and with no load it bounced severely at a lot of different speeds.
Paul BI spoke with the owner of this location prior to pickup. He stated the truck I reserved did not come back in time so I had been upgraded to a larger truck that he had parked in the front parking lot. I picked up after hours so no one was there to help. I spent over 30mins trying to find the truck, only to discover it was parked in the grass behind the shop on the middle of mud puddles. I will not recommend this location.

CHAD HThe location was amazing and very easy to work with. U-Haul itself was an absolute nightmare. For beginners they wanted to change my pick up 20 miles out of the way. Then refused to credit me the mileage so the offered me a different pick up location 2 miles out of the way. Why not that in the first place?! Secondly I wanted to add an appliance dolly as well as a utility dolly to my truck but the girl I spoke to didn’t know what the utility dolly was so she added the appliance dolly only. I needed both. Then they changed my location in the setup but never changed it with the app so it showed I was picking up at the original location. I called to ask if this changed again and was informed it had not and they weren’t sure why the app hadn’t changed when it had been over a week. Lastly about 2 hours after all of this I received a call to schedule the truck! She was confused about the location change. I’m starting to believe nobody has a clue what’s going on with the schedulers. And God forbid you need additional equipment. Between the process to rent it, not getting the proper equipment, the ramp on the truck not working properly, and the most tedious and annoying return process, this has been an absolute nightmare that will cause me to start looking for other companies to do my rentals.

DANNY BWas just needing a reg pickup but had to rent a 15’ footer Uhaul box truck. No one at or near location had trucks. Kinda bad to have to use a truck of that size to pull a boat trailer without boat on it. A truck would have worked better for me.

Candise JApp is terrible. I tried to get the truck for 45 min before finally getting ahold of someone in support that told me to use the website. Ask emails said I had to use the app so I didn't know I could use the website. I was extremely frustrated!
Ben DWhy do you have not applicable as a choice if you make me choose something else. I returned the vehicle using the app. Didn't deal with any personnel. I needed assistance, but the 1 800 number I was told to use said call during regular business hours.
Lindsey gFirst things first the truck that I had reserved was given away to another member. So I got stuck taking a giant j. H. The truck was brand new. Look great, but between those speeds of 30 and 40 miles per hour and 55 to 65, the truck shakes violently. I picked up the items. I needed to get I dropped off the truck. I put gas in the truck. I get a bill 4 hours later that they said they added 6 more gallons of gas. I drove a total of 88 miles. And they said the 5 and a 1/2 gallons I put in plus the 6 gallons. They put in meaning the truck used almost 12 gallons of gas for 88 miles. After I put the gas in it look like. It was just below a 1/2 a tank where I had picked it up. I was not happy with the experience. I've asked that I be reimbursed the fuel charge that I was so unfairly added on. And I asked that someone contact me about this reservation. Thank you sincerely. It also took.FIVE TRIES for the Uhaul system to recognize that I was at this location to return the truck ( in the app). That is unacceptable.

Brandon MLove White House garage and the staff, however if I could give Uhaul itself a rating- I would rate this past experience a 1 star. My truck was not driving properly, a maintenance worker deemed it “not broken, just has a hard shift” that I’ve never experienced in other Uhaul trucks and such a hard shift that it wouldn’t shift gears and went from 60 to 35 mph within seconds on the interstate. I couldn’t drive the truck home because of the safety issue I felt it had. Uhaul still charged me for the rental + an absurd amount for gas. Gas I couldn’t get myself because the truck felt like the transmission was going out. This was such a bad experience and I still had to pay $200 for it.
CHANLIE BDo not tell the customer that you have movers you can request to help you. I ask uhaul if they had movers that could help you. Was told yes, fee of 135.95 for 2 hrs and 2 men. Was given a a payment code to give movers when truck empty. Never gave out the code, had canceled those movers, but uhaul or someone took 130.00 from my cking account . So far no one has owned up to it. 130.00 was taken on my account on day before the movers were to be there the next day. NO PAYMENT CODE WAS GIVEN TO THE MOVERS, I HAD CANCELLED THEIR SERVICE, BECAUSE THEY REQUESTED MORE MONEY OTHER THAN THE 130.00. I WANT MY MONEY PUT BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT. OTHER THAT THIS , I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH UHAUL.
