From their emails they sent me to pick up truck rental at wrong location which was closed and when I finally got to right pick up location they were also closed I had to call U-Haul to get keys though the app which took forever. I was 2 hours late for my storage unit pick up

Back was covered in dirt, broken light bulb glass and a dozen screws. Vehicle was in good mechanical condition.

Candise JApp is terrible. I tried to get the truck for 45 min before finally getting ahold of someone in support that told me to use the website. Ask emails said I had to use the app so I didn't know I could use the website. I was extremely frustrated!
