After hours drop off. Had to call U-Haul because my app had the wrong locations after I called 2 times to have it changed. Everything ended up costing me more than anticipated and honestly I should be compensated for my troubles . I will be looking elsewhere next time I need a truck

Check engine light was on… no problems but should not of been on.
Brian BThe location is convenient but the space us very cramped. The trucks are packed so close to one another and backed into pine trees, I could not take photos of the truck without pulling out of the spot. When pulling out, cars from the other businesses where blocking the exit.

Cinthia BThe issues I had, had nothing to do with the locations but the app itself. It is horrible. Both picking up and returning, the app was so sensitive with putting the info in. It wouldn't take the driver info because it said he was not a local driver, which was not true, also had a hard time taking selfie of driver. Then trying to return it, spent 15 mins trying to take pics of the truck and it would not except them, then to call the 800 number to find it was already closed out. The app needs to be updated or something, unnecessary stress for sure. Not only that it had changed the location of drop off, 20 miles in the other direction. Didn't realize this till we went to return it.
Colleen CThe location was "app only". Unfortunately, the app WASN'T WORKING at the time I was supposed to pick up the truck! Luckily, the man at the pickup location was very helpful, and he contacted a Uhaul regional guy that did all the paperwork with me via phone so I was able to take the truck. If those two guys (I don't know their names) hadn't stepped up to help, I would have been really stuck. One piece of advice - fix your app so it works all the time!!!
Andy GKeys were not in the lockbox. They were in the key return box. Appliance Dolly and blankets were not in the truck, requiring me to cancel them and go to my original reserved location. Original location is in my town. U-Haul changed my pickup location which added an hour to my day unnecessarily. Original location had over a dozen 26 ‘ trucks available. I was given an extra “12 miles” on my truck rental but no offer for the 24 miles round trip in my car to pick up the truck, nor the time involved. Very inconvenient and costly for me for no gain on my part. Seemed like U-Haul was trying to share business with smaller locations at customers expense.
