Gerald KOne way rental fee's could be explained better. I reserved (12599642) a one way tow dolly rental and was charged ~$127.33. Turned it in on the same day, 10/21. On 10/31 received a final receipt adding an additional $49.06, and noting turn in of 10/24, with qty 3 rental periods charged? When I asked about the charges I was told it's "the software" and cannot be changed. Seems like that could be explained ahead of the rental. Also why a final receipt 10 days later?

TAMBRA SThis transaction was two months ago and been closed out since why was my account debited today 01/26/2021 when this was a transaction that was and has been completed since 12/01/2020. It was completed and debited then. You have just overdrafted my account and will now have overdraft fees. Great business practices here. Two months later on business that I already paid for. A contract was finally emailed to me eight hours after I had already checked the truck in at the return location.
