James MThere were no keys in the lock box for the truck. It took 30 min on the phone with a very helpful customer service rep to resolve. The app did not work to take photos of the truck when trying to check it out.
Gerald KOne way rental fee's could be explained better. I reserved (12599642) a one way tow dolly rental and was charged ~$127.33. Turned it in on the same day, 10/21. On 10/31 received a final receipt adding an additional $49.06, and noting turn in of 10/24, with qty 3 rental periods charged? When I asked about the charges I was told it's "the software" and cannot be changed. Seems like that could be explained ahead of the rental. Also why a final receipt 10 days later?
