The owner (Bill?) was very nice and helped me with bringing my car down off of the tow-dollie. Very smooth and hassle free drop off.

Deborah JAlthough the vehicle and equipment was in good working conditions, the inside cab was filthy. The back of the truck was full of trash. When I tent any type of vehicle, I always ensure I sweep out any sand and debris, wipe down all seats, dash, and console. And I ensure all trash is collected and removed. I usually clean up behind others but this is not responsibility. Please be sure can is clean and free of stickiness.
EMICA JI have rented U-Haul trailers many times in the last three years, but last week was the first time I picked up a trailer at Wild Bill’s. I chose Wild Bill’s because no other lot near me had the trailer that I needed for my job. In retrospect, that was a mistake. When I arrived at the lot, the attendant was very curt and appeared to have been drinking. She mellowed out a bit as we hooked up the trailer and checked it out. I asked her if I could drop off the trailer after she left for her other job, and she said that I could without any indication that I would be charged for an “After Hours” drop off. . I used the trailer for a couple of hours, and then I followed her instructions and dropped it off at her lot just a little after she had left. I was glad that I didn't have to keep the trailer overnight and make the trip the next day to drop it off. When I got home, after dropping the trailer, I found my invoice in my e-mail. It had two charges on it that I did not have on my rental quote. I was charged $5 for some sort of break-down policy, and I was charged $20 for dropping the trailer off after hours. Additionally, she had someone else's name on my invoice. I have never had this happen with any of my previous rentals. I called Wild Bill’s to have her fix my invoice, but she never returned my call. So, I called U-Haul customer service to fix the invoice, but they said that they could not change the invoice because it did not have my name on it. It did however have my correct address, phone, email, account, and credit card information. The customer service representative took all my information and told me that an area manager would contact me in the next day or two to correct the problems. The area manager never contacted me. Someone did take the $20 early return fee off of my invoice, but left the $5 fee on my invoice. In short, I had difficulty at both the rental lot (Wild Bill’s) and with U-Haul customer service. In that I never have had problems like this at any other U-Haul lot, I would strongly recommend not using Wild Bill’s unless you absolutely have to.
DEVON SThe truck was clean, however it was in disrepair. The front seat could not be adjusted - broken mechanism. I had no choice but to drive the truck with my feet barely touching the pedals- very uncomfortable 2 hours of driving. The knob on the dash was broken. I got into the truck and tire pressure was low and kept getting warning messages that the passenger and drivers side door were not closed. I booked my rental for a specific time in the morning, however the person running the rental told me they don’t open until later. If I had gotten there 5 min later I would have been screwed out of a rental as they were about to leave the property. There wasn’t anyone else stationed there to assist. Overall just a strange experience. I’ve used Uhaul many times and this was very stressful. Next time I will go through a different company.

Dave Sit was just a fenced in lot, no personnel were there, no instructions. We went at 12:45 pm on a sunday, their posted hours said they opened at 12. We had to remove the heavy awkward trailer all by ourselves and just leave it in a spot we deemed appropriate. I do not recommend this location. Pick a different location where there is actually a building and a person to assist you.

George HFuel had about 1/8 tank of gas, yet they claimed it had 1/4 tank of gas. As a result, I was on empty within 25 miles of driving.

DONALD MI showed up to rent a pick-up and trailer. The pick-up smelled strongly of smoke and had a flat tire. She automatically rented out a small box truck instead, which I was not happy about.
DAVID HThere was no one at this location. The location looks like a dump. I had to take the trailer on my own. I tried to go online to complete the contract but was able to complete the contract. Later a person call me and we were able to complete the contract. When I return the trailer there was no one at that location. I called haul and the person told me how the return the contract online. The service is very bad. I was a Uhaul dealer for 20 plus year in Pittsburgh and we had very great service. We were always open for our customers.
BRUC KThe truck I rented does have some technical issues I’ve rented from there before with no problems but I was terrified driving this truck when I pressed the gas it wouldn’t accelerate on the interstate I was so scared! There was a note on the window that stated there was a problem with the gas tank line and the light indicator was on I told her but she insisted but there was a BIG problem with the gas acceleration!!!

Laura SIt really wasn't the ladies fault. She should have canceled the reservation or sent it to another location. The truck we received had been under 4' of water due to the hurricane Thursday/Friday and although it was dry when we received it, it had not been driven or looked at by a mechanic yet. It was super scary to drive. We didn't have another alternative though as hurricane or not we had a deadline to move out of our house or be charged $3000 we didn't have. I hope that all her trucks are looked at as the entire lot had been flooded. We made it, got moved, and returned the truck. Roadside assistance was very nice when I called to notify them of the truck running bad and blowing white smoke.
