Somehow I was charged an $8 fee for Safe Tow Coverage that I never agreed to. My $14 bill went to $24.

Brian LThere was no one on site. Had zero information how to retrieve my reserved trailer. Wasted 30 min before seeing how to take my reserved trailer. Now that I know, when I need another trailer in a few years, it should go smoother.
SCOTT CIt is not a well lit area. It's practically a junk yard. The only lights illuminating the area are the street lights on 41.

David BI would try to fine some other place to rent from if can. Only one person on call . when I show up . no one around for 10 mins or more. Had no direction or signs on what to do. I feel like it was a self service lot.

BARBARA SI had to rent a larger trailer than I had reserved because the 4 x 7 trailer I reserved was only 3'3" wide. The lady that attends the UHaul at Wild Bills is most helpful and does a great job.

VYACHESLAV Fmy reservation was setup at a closer location since I need to make my pickup at 6:30 a.m. When I arrived the U-Haul app kept freezing so I called support. They were very helpful. Then When I went to find the truck I find it was blocked in by another truck. So the help desk person looked to find another truck which see did. I had to start all over with the phone app which again was not working well. In all it took an extra two hours of stressful time just to pick up a truck. Then add in the time lost since I hired two U-Haul helpers to load for me as well as I had a contractor arriving early to get some work done. If anything I believe U-Haul owes me something.

Anyuri PEntrance to the lot is on the North side of US- Highway 41. The lady who runs the place is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She explained how to hook up the trailer properly. Made it from Apollo Beach to Michigan without a hitch. Pun intended. 😀
