Somehow I was charged an $8 fee for Safe Tow Coverage that I never agreed to. My $14 bill went to $24.

Barbara SSheila was amazing.
Evelyn MI forgot to get the woman's name. But she was very friendly and helpful. Side note: she pointed out that the U-hauls have a little mover guy hidden in the images of the truck. I never knew that.
