reserved the uhaul just for them to not have it then when asked for another said they can't give out reserved uhauls, and everything was not official and had to pay 95 to fill up gas, terrible experience

Theresa PEasy experience getting a rental for my move. Transaction was streamlined and done over the phone. Uploaded my information and got the truck. Returned the next day and was charged less than the original quote. Would not hesitate to rent again from this location.
Sandra STruck ran very rough. Shift points seemed very off and transmission was very loud. Also a very loud whistle in the cab when you got up to speed like one of the windows was not sealed.

Carol HGot our truck and filled it with $120 in gas. The tank leaked all over the gound with approximately 10 gallons of gas. We reported it to the filling station, which was the U Haul rental location. They would not reimburse us for the gasoline and told us to take it up with Uhaul. Then they gave us a different truck. While i was getting the new truck my husband called Uhaul to get reimbursement and they hung up on him after waiting 20 minutes on the line.

DEBRA DHi, You have one of the busiest stores. I can suggest that a reservation that is made more than 2 weeks in advance and check in was accomplished online that maybe the equipment such as dollies, furniture pads can be on the truck, but I don't think anyone would do that because the other customers take priority it seems. Not a lot of employees. The mileage verification could already be noted for when the driver arrives too would same time. I spent close to an hour waiting for the clerk to use her phone to check us in and for us to carry out everything to the truck and to get to the point of getting our equipment/supplies we had to stop checking in numerous times and in between customers. I'm sure I am not the only one making a suggestion. It's just a suggestion. Thank you for the discount. You are friendly too. Thank you.

Christina MYou shouldn’t take reservations for 8am and then I get there and get attitude and have to watch the cashier make coffee for a hour because “their” rule is they don’t rent trucks till 9. That would of been real helpful seeing that I had two movers standing around at $50 an hour. Do better Uhaul

Manuel CWhen I dropped of my uhaul rental the employee seemed preoccupied on her phone. Once we got her attention, she took the key and said once she checked in the truck we should get an email. She did not complete the check in while we were there. Later that day I got a call asking about my overdue equipment. I had actually turned the equipment in several hours early. I returned the call and explained the situation the the uhaul rep. She said she added a note about it. The next day I got a call from a regional manager offering to give me the drop off location so that I could drop off my rental. I explained the situation again and she stated she would add a note. After hanging up I called the location where I dropped off the rental and the person who answered said she didn’t know why they didn’t check it in the previous day and she would get to it once she was done with a delivery. She instructed me to ignore calls from Uhaul regarding the drop off.

William FI have rented trucks twice from this location , both times the vehicles were absolutely filthy, could barely see out the windshield, this last truck smelled of cat poop.

Esdra LIt was very easy to rent the truck I needed. The process was fast and no hassles. We drove away in the truck we needed in 20 mins. I would definitely recommend the Wild Rose Texaco to anyone needing a u haul truck.
Tyler BThe truck I rented has a transmission problem. I barely left the facility and had to drive back to uhaul. They don’t have anything available to replace my rental, I ended up not using the truck and requested a refund but so many reasons why they can’t refund me. I didn’t even use the truck to haul my stuff. The charge on my card is still there and no refunds yet! Not very helpful staff as well.

Brandon HThe cab of the truck I rented was dirty and sticky. The truck kept having the no seatbelt warning go off while the seatbelt was on. I immediately drove back to the rental location since we would have gone crazy listening to that for a 5+ hour drive and they said they couldn't do anything about it and to call uhaul. Not sure if actually applying the emergency brake when I parked was the trick but the beeping did not return. The lock provided (chained to the truck) would not lock and I had to go buy one on my own.

Ronald HI feel I was over charged . I won’t be back to this uhaul location. Running a uhaul out of a busy gas station puts the uhaul renter last .. I’ll be calling corp # and complain about overcharge
