LILLIE LWe highly recommend Wiley's. We rented a truck that experienced problems along the way in the trip and eventually blew a tire. The folks at Wiley's were super helpful and upon bringing the loaded truck back to their location, Wiley Home Center, arranged for another truck to be there to off load our furniture and use to finish the move. The flat tire is no reflection on Wiley's, which could happen anytime, but their response in helping us was tremendous and we appreciate all that they did to help.

DANIEL HReturned over a month ago was called two times to ask where the trailer was after I parked it at location of drop off didn’t hear anything for a while went to rent another U-Haul and was emailed I wasn’t allowed to rent for unresolved issues luckily the guy I was renting from resolved the issues.

DARRELL KThe only thing I would recommend is for a customer would be that if the item is rented and paid for in full for a total of five days but then is returned after one day regardless on the mileage of 1076 miles. Then the overall rental should be prorated to where the customer gets a sum amount of money returned for the days, not used, regardless of mileage, at least on towable trailers.
