Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I dropped the rental off on 23 September around 12.00 pm. No one was there and I spoke to a Ms. Natalie and she informed me that the person was at lunch and would get back with me. I called everyday several times a day and to no avail. I spoke with a lady on Thursday 25 September and she informed me that there was no internet. I spoke with a gentlemen on 28 September and he told me that he was just answering the phone. I left my name and number with him and no one ever called me back. To date no one has returned my call. I just happen to look at my email and I received a return receipt today 29 September for 24 September. I will never do business with them ever again and I will not recommend that no one else use them as well.
