Don’t give someone a truck with the fuel light on! Once I paid and had the contract, it took 20 minutes for the employee to pull up with the truck, only to tell me the fuel light is on. Then I wasted more time trying to get the supplied link to work to get pictures of everything requested- it wouldn’t work, so I just left… to get fuel before the truck ran out. And if you do give someone a truck without gas, be sure to tell them about the credit they will receive if they leave fuel in the truck - didn’t happen.

JESSE TExtremely unorganized and poorly managed location. Some of the guys are nice but most of the counter help are very rude. Not my first time being disappointed with them. I only used them for convenience, but was shown again that they simply don’t care about their customers in the end. I was assured that when I returned my rental that my transaction was complete and that I was good to go, only to receive notice 5 days later that they hadn’t done their job and marked it returned in the system. Willard true value has lost my business for good, will never be giving them another cent of my money. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Again and again!

Marissa GEverything was great except the smell of cigarette smoke. I know there is a sticker on the window that reads no smoking but not everyone likes to follow the rules either. I had to get 4 vent scents to try and cover the smell. Other than that it was perfect!!

loyd GSadly, the 5*8 trailer was not clean when I arrived. I believe the wrong one was brought to me. I appreciated the efforts to wipe it clean, but after he said we should have power washed it, I then said please power wash it. He did, but this really slowed the me down to meet my moving help.

daniel sTrailer is way too short to use, needed height of 7 feet tall. I also needed a larger trailer but it was not available at this site by your orders. The trail pulled extra hard making my trip an extra 3 hours long.

Paul TWaited awhile as there was not anyone well trained on the uhaul service accept the manager, and he was off. It took about 45 minutes to rent and then another 45 to check back in
William DThe store wasnt open when we went to pick up the trailer. It was suppose to open at 9:00 am and we were there around 9:15-9:30. Luckily one of the workers was able to figure it out because they were waiting on the boss too.
Donna SUnfortunately i still do not have a receipt for my return and I requested an emailed and printed copy, this location was unable to provide either so I took time stamped photos of my return.
