Clean the inside cab of the truck. It was very dirty dog hair everywhere and steering wheel sticky. The truck it self had issues with a bad vibration it felt like it was going to vibrate apart. I was so glad I was not going far with it. I would say ball joints. It also want to keep going left as I changed lanes it didn't want to come back straight. I think the brakes are out of adjust or they are glazed I had to stop on the brakes to stop

The location is very convenient, however the staff member who waited on us was terrible. He is in an elevated position (management or such) and he is as disinterested and unhelpful as can be. He makes you feel like you are a burden and taking his precious time away from more important tasks.

Denton AWe were over charged and even after pointing out that it was higher than the last time she still over charged us. I've always used U-Haul but I wont anymore.
