Our location was changed twice, once a hour away and I had to call to get changed back to the original location. Your head office in Calgary said it should not have been changed. Everything else went okay.

Juan HAs you may see, I use your trailer a lot. I used to fix and service your fleet. This auto hauler I picked up from Willow was the best maintained and cleanest trailer I’ve ever rented. 10/10 for Willow! I noticed the trailer wiring had a rub through on plug wiring and wires were starting to build up some green death to wires and it was reported to Grime Fighters in Wainwright. Lady took pictures to have preventative maintenance done. Very satisfied customer.

Bryan WTo be honest with you, you have no idea how pissed off I am with you guys. We’re almost 2 days to get a trailer to rent guys was pathetic. Send location to location to location they’re closed and taking forever to get back to me. I hope I never have to rent a trailer again. If I do, you should be my very last choice.

Douglas PThis was so much better of an experience than last time!! The owner was so friendly and helpful, he explained everything well and was just overall very personable and professional. Our last uhaul experience was absolutely dreadful. The owner of Riverside uhaul in Red Deer was so condescending, ignorant and unprofessional. It was terrible. His was the only location with a 20ft available at the time I was booking one for this current move, but was advised to call back the day before the move to try to see if any other location had one. I followed the advice and luckily was able to use this location instead of having to go back to the Riverside one!! That was a huge relief.

Nathan DI did not think that I would be writing a rave review about the experience of picking up a trailer. However, the service that Steve provided to us was outstanding. He triple checked everything for our paperwork, he was polite, patient and clearly explained the process. He came out with us to double check everything was connected properly then ensured that all the safety was working. This also was very close to closing time and his patience, smile and friendly demeanour did not change. Please ensure that Steve knows what an excellent job he did and what a positive impression he made on us. We will be sure to recommend U-Haul in the future. Thank you Kari and Jason Bobrowich

Ricky JThe fellow working there was very polite and the check out process was very quick. The truck was very clean! The issue was with the truck and the worker not realizing there was an issue. I had the key out of the ignition and there was a beeping when the door was opened. I hadn’t turned anything on so had no idea why it was beeping. I went into the office and asked the fellow about it and he said it always does that when the door is opened. Mmmmm. I drove to Ponoka, parked and loaded the truck. An hour later I tried to start the truck and the battery was dead. I waited 90 minutes for the Road Assist fellow to rescue me. He was very nice, replaced the battery and I was on my way. Had several calls from Uhaul touching base with me during that time which was nice. When I returned the truck the fellow was very kind and apologetic and he now knows that beeping when the key is out, no lights on and the door is opened means there is a problem. He was very good to deal with. The only reason I wouldn’t recommend the shop is because the vehicles need to be in good repair. There was obviously a power drain and the battery was very weak and should have been replaced prior to renting it out.
Leanna RReasonable process, very flexible with return time as I required an extra day, friendly staff. Only thing to improve on is the fuel. It is quite difficult to fill up the fuel you use when it is to be between 3/8 and 1/2. The vehicle should be full when picked up and then full upon return. Much easier.

Artem POperator could not communicate. Did not know how to operate the computer or system. Charged my cc without my knowledge, which resulted in a fraud notification from my bank and a freeze on my cc. This location and operator were terrible and should loose their ability to provide this service.
Nathan AThe check engine light was on in the truck and was advised not to worry about it. Also the rubber seal around the drivers door kept falling off
