Staff was awesome. Truck was clean but needed suspension work and possibly bearing or the likes?
WILLIAM SRented a trailer weeks in advance to make sure we had trailer. Day before representative called me stating a trailer wasn’t available however they were able to provide a smaller size trailer or I had to travel 2 hours out of my way to pick up the trailer in the size we requested. Luckily I happen to be in red deer and pick one up there. Was not prepared to pick up the trailer the day before so I had to go purchase a hitch. I found the whole experience frustrating and U-Haul to be very disorganized or not willing to help. I could see if I reserved the trailer the day before I this was weeks before. Red deer location was great. He listened to my frustration. I will definitely think twice before I go to U-Haul again.
Joni TI renter trailers and trucks from UHaul many times at different locations but the customer service from Steave yesterday was amazing. Not only help me with my hitch to fit in my truck but also help me to connect the trailer safely and properly. Then when I return it, help me with his flashlight to park properly securing the trailer and making sure that everything was OK. Since this experience for sure Willow Truck Town Carwash Ltd will be my UHaul rental place.
