I checked in over the app, put in my credit card info, uploaded pictures of my ID, and put in my vehicle information, then I got to the U-haul and the person had none of that information so I had to re submit everything again in person before I could get the trailer. Including having to pay again. Then when I returned it 27 hours later I was charged for a full 48 hours.

Willow Truck Town car wash was ABSOLUTELY phenomenal to do business with. I wish I would have got the gentleman’s name, he was beyond nice and the truck was immaculate! I would give 100stars for his service today! He was even willing to help me carry my heavy bag. Definitely the best service I have ever received in my many dealings of renting U-Haul!
