Very friendly customer service.
Richard FDanny went above and beyond. I came in on a Saturday to rent a van. He said it was taken for the day but would be free Sunday. Said he would come in on his day off just so I could rent the van. And it worked out better for me bc I didn’t need the van until Sunday! Thank you so much! Will recommend this uhaul rental place to everyone!

Floyd TThe vehicle that was given to us was in poor shape. The license plate no. Arizona AE=55141, Vin No. 1GDY72BA9C1906934. It was dirty, right front turn signal did not work, drivers side door would not close properly, one of the tires had an issue. I replaced the turn signal lamp, cleaned the vehicle, tried to air the tires to proper inflation. This is vehicle needs to taken off the road!!. Will not recommend U-Haul to anybody. We needed the vehicle asap and could not wait for another, it sad.
sue cThe truck bounced so bad it was driving me insane,if i didn't need it that dsy i would've immediately returned it, it is not fit for a long trip,someone may lose control driving it, fortunately for me im a veteran commercial truck driver
BRIAN PUpdate; Correct person called me back and resolved the outstanding issue. As I stated before I have done a lot of business from this location and to date everything was done well. Hope to do business with them again and I have updated my rating due to resolution of the outstanding problem.

AMANDA BI was charged 60 dollars for 13 gallons of gas and drove the U-Haul 13 miles please make that make sense. Also when I picked up the truck it was almost on empty

Richard FI rented a trailer to pick up a tractor. I specifically asked if a 5 1/2 foot wide tractor would fit on the trailer. I was assured that it would. I drove 15 miles out of my way to pick it up and another 15 miles to drop it off. That’s 60 miles out of my way. The tractor did not fit on the trailer. When I returned the trailer, the guy wasn’t even there to talk about it. Needless to say, I was very disappointed.
Robert MLocation and service was excellent. Truck I used worked for local move. The truck had 147000 miles on it and ran pretty ruff. I would not have been comfortable driving long distances.

william lRented a Uhaul on Saturday for a total of 6 hours and had it returned. On Tuesday after paying the rental fee of $39.99 the insurance of $15 and estimate amount of miles of 50, I was charged $133 which is fine. I returned the uhaul at around 3 pm left the keys in the Dropbox and the mileage said I went 48 miles so I thought everything was covered. Get a voicemail on Tuesday from Larry at the Bridgeport Ohio Wilson Furniture location saying they think they over charged me and they just charged an additional 350 miles. I was charged an additional $353 from uhaul making my total paid $486 for a uhaul I took 48 miles. I appreciate them alerting me they did this and when I hung up the phone Larry said I would be refunded in 5-10 minutes. I did not receive anything so I’ve called the store and left messages with no call back. I called the uhaul customer service line and the lady helped was nice and she said she sent a refund request to regional manager and he’d be in touch. That was around 11am and it is now 2:15pm. So I was wrongfully charged $300 and over 24 hours later, there’s still no resolution and I have not been contacted. If you can wrongfully take $300 from someone instantly, this should be an issue that’s resolved a lot quicker

North Lincoln is on the high way so I went out of my way 1 miles to turn around and get back to Wilson furniture.... I get my bill the next day and I was charged 1.07$ for going over 1 mile .. and they have it listed at 73 miles when I was aloud 83 I have a screen shot of it .. not to mention I can not even believe you would charge someone 1.07$ for 1 mile over that is crazy to me . I've used uhail over 15 times moving through out my life and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had .. very disappointed. I can't say anything about the people or store because I dropped the truck off around 630 pm and the store was closed .. the only think I can say that was easy was the parkinglot was big and nice easy to back the truck up and the key drop box was located where I could find it easily .
Amanda TActually have the amount of gas in the truck that you tell people. Was told it had a half of tank it was less then that. The truck is so beat up it used over a quarter tank of gas going less then 10 miles. Don’t add fees to a customers bill even after they remove it. I took the $15 safe move off and the location changed and that fee got put back on.

Jim MFor some reason, they lost the truck or lost the paperwork or loss. The keys lost the clients Dolly. And I have proof that all that was returned. Because they found the Keys and my paperwork, but it sounds like they didn't find the truck or the dolly.

BRIAN CWhen making a reservation, please specify what day(s) the office is closed. The office was closed when I went to pick up the key. (did mobile check in). Thankfully someone was working in the furniture store & was able to contact the gentleman that worked in the uhaul office & was able to get the key for me. She was very helpful. Other than that everything else was fine.
Christopher Ccharged me for save move coverage when i checked in at the location. when i made reservation online i put down that i did not want any coverage. when i checked out it said amount due was $30.

Stacy CGuy who was working , says right off the bat he didn't want to be there, and had nothing I ordered except for the truck no dolly no pads nothing to help me move, and the truck had a serious wobble problem in front end, but it over now, so much for that.
Mark FWe had to get our own garage door track oil and oil appropriate parts of the loading door track because it would barely open and seemed off track. It worked better then. Provider was okay with service, though.

She stated she didn’t know who could attach to car, sending me into a panic in fear o would have to go elsewhere to rent but nowhere else had the equipment I had reserved. Then when I got on the phone with gentleman to complete rental was fine & he stated there was someone to hook it up. I think the older lady had no clue & is bad for Uhaul.
Gigi PWe were clearing out the house of a recently deceased family member. We showed up to get the uhaul and the appliance dolly we rented and the moving blankets we rented were not there. Of course the place wasn’t open so we couldn’t talk to anyone. Moving full size toolboxes up stairs without an appliance dolly was just awful. And then of course the actual appliances that had to be moved. And we had nothing to protect the things in the uhaul bc we didn’t have the blankets. Absolutely not ok.
Petresa RThe guy was pretty rude so much that I just shut up and only answered yes and no to him got the truck the drive door wouldn't shut tight the door buzzer stayed on buzzing the entire ride and the back was not cleaned looked as someone hauled motors and trannys in there oil from one end to the other all over I had to take it to the car wash and scrub it out with dawn I got my job done but I'll never go back there to the place I got it from rude and arrogant people

Steve KI reserved a van. Someone didn't return the van and I ended up having to take a truck. This was difficult for me to get in and out of. I had made this reservation over a month before I needed it and I was not happy that nothing was done to try and get me a van.
Janice SEverything was fine, except for 1 thing... the return... I had trouble getting onto the website to do the tasks... it was taking so long to load that my phone ended up dying... I tried calling the location b4 the return time for help and nobody answered so we filled the tank and dropped it off exactly where we picked it up from and put the keys where I was shown. I'll be using again
tonya sWhen you book a truck for the day and they give the truck to someone else and you l oi see all your help ffg or that day .that's what they did to me .I booked for Saturday and didn't get it till sunday and had no help .I should be reimbursed. Wont be renting from them again.

kevin fTruck had a bad shake in front end told the gentleman working there and a mechanic was there picking up a truck with same issue and I been renting a truck truck from unsullied at different location four years or so every month and now unsullied givin me the run a round and it’s costing the church more money we rent the truck to pick up food and clothes for a food pantry to give to the needy and less fortunate but I see it’s all about the dollar to them
