They had an out of service trailer on their lot and the in service trailer across the highway in another lot. The employee had to make two trips across the road to get information off the trailer prior to rental. He was not computer savvy at all so he used his phone to complete the rental application one peck at a time. Instead of sending the authorization to me he sent it to one of my references. Then when he entered my credit card info into his phone he apparently entered the incorrect information because it was declined and he had to do it again. I hope his phone was secure!!!
Robert WThe rental experience was great overall. The gentleman that checked us in and out was very friendly and answered all our questions completely. I would definitely recommend this U-Haul rental to friends!!! All, they have plenty of rental trucks to choose from.
Mark CThis particular unit was showing some age, not a problem. However, there was some slipping in the transmission.. Our trip was short our load was liked so it really didn’t hurt us honey, but it’s time to get rid of that unit or get it fixed.
SAM EPrices are absolutely ridiculous, the whole pay per mile scam has doubled in just a couple years since I last used uhaul. I will not be returning. Total scam to charge people that much.
