The owner of the location was not aware I was coming. The truck was not ready. I got there before scheduled pickup time. Called the store owner. He said he would be there in 15 minutes but did not show up for an hour and 45 more minutes. This was all after my location was changed, pickup time delayed, and tow dolly instead of trailer. Not happy.

The experience was terrible. They didn't have the truck I reserved on line and this was not made known to me till the day before pickup. The office closed early and was not there to deliver the truck to me as planned and confirmed with Uhaul. I ended up with a different truck that did NOT contain the dolly and other materials I reserved along with the truck, which resulted in me having to pay to have the appliances moved instead of moving them ourselves as we had planned. The truck I was rented seemed like it had been wrecked- the front suspension seemed damaged. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I expect Uhaul to refund my money. I am extremely dissatisfied and thinking of filing a claim in small claims court against uhaul to recover the money that I had to spend due to Uhaul's failure to live up to the terms of our contract.
