Robert FThese folks were very patient, helpful, and kind. I wish I received this type customer service everywhere I go! It's a little further to drive to Hazlehurst from Baxley, but it is worth the drive! My next rental will be with these folks!

That made us feel better confident in driving such a large truck. This time she was not available to receive the truck at drop off, but had the steps to drop off clearly marked. She did leave a contact number which helped greatly in communication.

Allen HThe workers or U-Haul dealers if you will came and took the battery out of the U-Haul because they thought that our time was out but it was someone else's account and they also were very rude and called the police and the police made them bring the battery back and put it in the U-Haul I would never ever recommend this company or any company in Hazlehurst Georgia as a matter of fact please just go straight to back sleep or anywhere by hazelhurst also the lady that works there that sells clothes yes she needs to get some better taste because some of the shoes look okay but other than that I don't know but she's been doing this and she was 18 supposedly but that s*** was gross and the customer service was gross and everything about how the way that they've done business was gross
HARVEY BBetter overall Management! Timely, Accessible rented reserved vehicle . Have items like padding in stock for purchase, etc. But Clerk was very apologetic for several goof ups!

KAREN MThe staff is horrible and unprofessional and messed up then blamed the computer glitching and still over charged me. They were rude upon arrival about the truck and then made my go thru all kinds of stress and freaking out to g wet my money back. Charging me $1400 more than necessary.
Randi SDawn was excellent and called someone to help me get my drop-off location changed back to Hazlehurst as it was supposed to be per my original reservation. She was very pleasant to work with and very helpful. I can't thank her enough for getting my drop-off location changed from Baxley, GA to Hazlehurst, GA as I wouldn't have had a ride back home from Baxley and being pregnant walking that far wouldn't have been good for me. Thank you, Dawn for all your help.

CHRISTIAN MSaturday At 12:20 for drop off, a note on the door reads the work hours 9 to 1 and to call. Knocked on door Called and left message texted, waited 20 minutes after dropping trailer. There was a private vehicle parked to the side. NO RESPONSE AT ALL!!! After leaving Tried on line check in said must be on site. So Monday had to drive back 38 miles calling and leaving messages my wife texting AGAIN NO RESPONSE!!! When we arrived about 10:30 There were 2 cars there and us knocking and calling to this day NO RESPONSE!!! The place was VERY TRASHY LOOKING. Parking lot had lots of mud holes! You should closedown the location being there’s another location in Hazelhurst Ga.
