This location picked up the pieces when Dean's Tire in Vidalia, Ga dropped the ball. I had a 20' truck reserved for a Saturday morning pickup. Dean's Tire is not even open on Saturdays. I even stopped by in Friday to touch base with Dean's Tire and they NEVER mentioned being closed on Saturday. But, the Customer Service Rep and Wilson's Shoes and Accessories saved the day.

doninie wMs Dawn was extremely helpful in making my move as stress free as possible when it came time to pick up the truck. I was originally having issues through the app and with the main U-Haul phone number, but once I called her directly, she made sure I was able to get my move done. She went above and beyond for me making sure I was well taken care of and satisfied with the rental process. I highly recommend her location to anyone needing a U-Haul locally or one way.
