The cash attendant didn't seem to know how to check me in--especially with a Canadian credit card (since U-Haul's processor asks for a ZIP code, and Canadians don't have one--nor does the interface accept letters). I had to end up showing her how to do this just so I could get my truck. The whole experience of checking in took 30 minutes for her to complete, which was incredibly drawn out.

Safiya AThe woman could not understand me nor I her for starters. They argued the tank was full when I left but I have pictures saying it wasn't. I went in to return the key and asked for a new printed receipt and she says she can't do that. Well she printed me one in the morning when I picked it up. After 15 min of waiting, I got my receipt. I will not be coming back to this location and would not recommend.
Trevor NNothing to improve. The location was not chosen by me but updated by my booking. The location itself was easy to access and the store owner was great and accommodating. It lost starts as I was moved from a main depot 1 from my house to this one that is over 10km away. This would have been 5 stars if I was not moved at random.
Sheena OEmployees weren't very communicative and didnt seem to be well versed in uhaul procedure, I had to clean the interior myself and they forgot the dolly so I had to go back
