Guy there told me the closed at 6pm but when I showed up at 5:20pm they were already closed. Extremely muddy lot. When I took the trailer back I was slipping and sliding everywhere while unhooking the trailer from my truck because of the mud.JUAN A.

The uhaul was extremely dirty. This inside cab had dog hair and was filthy. The back had straw and mud. We had to spend way to much time getting it cleaned up before we could use it. They also didn't even bother to give us the one that was easy to get out. It was snowing and it was very difficult to maneuver out between the other two uhauls. The guy said the dolly and blankets were in the back and we could use them. Nope, those are locked up. Overall I will not be back. This was for a in town move and they made it very stressful.Jessica L.

The uhaul I rented was filthy!! I even attached photos upon entering the vehicle. You would think in the bucket of a pandemic, they would clean and sanitize after each rental use, apparently that is that the case and they leave it filthy for the next rental person. If you can't clean and sanitize after each use, you should leave cleaning wipes, sanitizing spray in the vehicle for us to use. Some people have a weak immune system and may get really sick upon entering contaminating dirtiness!! I could not let my daughter ride with me in the vehicle due to the uncleanliness of the rental because of this!! Covid-19 is no joke, and lives on surfaces after periods of time!!JENELLE M.

The truck was clean but it broke down in transit. Battery died and had to be jumped, then the transmission started slipping and the gears would not engage for about twenty minutes.Sylvie D.

The local UHaul people were vary accommodating and helpful. After the people in Denver left us in serious bind the day before a scheduled equipment pickup the people in Twin Falls and Jerome went out of their way to meet our needs in a timely manner.David M.

We had a truck reserved for the full 5 days. We dropped off the tow transport and told them we'd be back on the due date to drop off truck which was a Sunday. On Saturday (the day before it was due) they called and left a nasty message saying we have to bring the truck back right now because there was another family that needed it. We weren't even done unloading the truck. But we called them back to see what the issue was and the girl told us we have to bring it in now someone else needs it. So we paid for 5 days and only got to use for 4. Also we gave a $100 cash deposit and when we dropped off the truck she said that corporate would refund us but that it was up to corporate if they wanted to give us the deposit back. This location is horrible. The service is horrible and they are inside a kennel with dogs barking constantly and you can't hear the customer service person very well anyway. You are yelling to hear each other. Uhaul should close this location down and move to another. I won't do business here, ever again.James T.

Maybe have the trucks in the locations you say you have them available, so we don't ha e to drive an hour out of our way and pay more then we should have to use a uhaul truck. Then when we finally got to the different town they told us they rent them but did t k is what to do to rent it out.Andrew S.
The UHaul associate was polite, efficient, competent and friendly. In minutes I was checked in. The trailer she recommended had dual axels, which turned out to be a great choice. My freight was over a ton and the trailer was smooth really easy to load and off load. Made my day easier. Great experience. I would recommend Windswept Kennels/ UHaul to anyone.Wayne W.

As a first time trailer rental, my experience was fabulous. They walked us through everything we needed from hitch to pad lock to helping get the trailer attached to our car. They even double checked that the taillights properly worked. Overall it was a great experience.Stacey B.

I dropped off on a Sunday and this location was not open. It was a little confusing, because off the lack of instruction on how to confirm trailer was dropped off. Not a bad experience at all. Circumstances were just strange. Will probably still use this location for future rentals as it is extremely close to my new home. Just unable to rate service as it was closed/ no customer service available in my situation.Kim H.
