I find it kind of stupid that I reserve a truck at one place then get a call right before I go pick it up just to have to drive all the way across the city to another place to get it. Then I use half of the mileage I pay for driving back to where I’m using it. That is unacceptable. Was told I had to drop it off at the same place I picked it up at, then was told I could’ve dropped it off at any U-Haul location after I drove it all the way back to where I picked it up at. Then get charged out the rear for mileage unrelated to the reason for using the truck. Y’all shook me down for almost $100 when it should’ve only cost me around $40 for the extra miles I actually used it for the purpose of renting the truck.

Julia MThe agent did not know how to use the software to complete our rental agreement. He had to call to get an explanation of tow vehicle versus equipment that was being rented. Took over 45 minutes to process the paperwork. The two agents did not know how to operate the hitch so my 73 year old husband had to show them and instruct them how to make sure it was completely on the ball and tightened correctly.
