Treat your customers with respect and do not mistreat your customers. They did not go out there with me to the truck that I was renting. They helped other people while I was standing in line 1st to be helped. I have never been treated so harshly disrespectfully by U-Haul this is the first time and I will get with someone that will handle the situation that I was mistreated and push to the side why they handled other customers I was talked to very poorly, and I have witnesses that was in line saying that they are very poorly handling one person at a time in line very disrespected. I would never use this location again and I will never recommend anyone and I will be getting in touch with someone that can handle this situation the way that I was handled very poorly, very disrespectful and very discrimination very poorly service. It was like having none at all never have experiences with any other U-Haul locations.

Moises BThe u- haul it self was clean and very helpful . But this location had too much going on and had very rude staff. The lady at the front when I first came to pick it up 6/20 early morning was rude , barely gave me any information as this was my first time driving or reserving the service as well as had inappropriate music playing and a guest with children had to ask for them to turn the music off . Then at the drop off the next day there was a family in the lobby being treated disrespectfully from the staff member at the front desk a young man and provided false information and was recording the guest behavior as they were not in the wrong and I think it was totally unacceptable and was not the way to do things .
Aireana PMaybe it was the app, but I couldn't pick up the truck, so I went inside. I was charged for two days when I returned the truck an hour early. I call Saturday night, and asked them to review their security footage. I rented the truck Friday afternoon and returned it Saturday. It's Sunday night. I will call again Monday during regular business hours.
