Our complaint is not with the Pick Up location, it is with U-Haul. We had reserved a truck for pickup to be on 4/11/26 at 9:30a at Liberty Rentals 410 N Church Rd, Liberty, MO 64068. We knew we were going to be delayed and the 9:30 pickup was not going to happen so we called the 800 number and let them know it would be more like around noon. They said ok. We were still running late for the pick up so we called again, they said it was fine and thanked us for calling. We got to Liberty Rental around 12:30 and it was closed. So we called the 800 number again. They indicated we'd have to pick up online. My husband was on the phone with the girl for over an hour trying to get us through the app to pick up online. It never would allow us a pick up so......she had to create a whole new order for us. We ended up picking up the 10' truck from Wingate at around 2-2:30p. Why did the people we called to let them know of our delay not tell us that Liberty Rental closed at noon? They never said a word!! This was the most disastrous U-Haul rental experience we have EVER dealt with. We have moved countless times in our lifetime and always used U-Haul and never had a problem until now. The app was a disaster, the people behind the 800 number were of no help. If it weren't for the gal that helped us out we would have been in dire straits. We HAD to be moved out by that Sunday, April 12th but if it weren't for her persistence we would have never made it. And of course, we had to pay full price after that chaotic event!!!!!

Website and app was clumsy to use. It wasn't clear where I needed to go to get the key. The pictures were causing the website to crash when I uploaded.

Bradley KI like the business model of having a hotel rent out U-Hauls because I know some people actually have to live in the hotels and if they need one last minute because of a bad situation they got to move out of they get one at the place that they're moving to plus it's not that far from me and I help my daughter move and it was very convenient I would recommend them to anyone
VERDELL Lhard to find the drop off was just the hotel front desk, with no signage, no check in done, just drop your keys and pray it works out!?!?!
