After all this happened with the pick up, the drop off was the straw that broke the camels back. I was so excited to be done with this truck and park it to leave. I’m taking my pictures, everything clean and perfect. I get to checkout and BOOOM!! I get double charged. Had to call and make a complaint. The customer service agreed with me and said “yea, it was a double charge and it shouldn’t be that high”. I’m waiting to receive a call before Friday for my refund, hopefully I can at least get that.

Glenn SThere is nothing wrong with this location. I picked up my truck before they opened so I cannot comment on the employees but the truck was clean and all of my rentals were there. I got a call around 4 PM the day before my move and I was supposed to pick up a truck at 7 AM the next morning about 5 minutes from my house. The call said that they did not have a truck for me and I would have to drive 45 minutes away to pick one up (so 1.5 hours round-trip). I should have been told earlier than what I was told that a truck would not be available in a reasonable distance from me so I would have a chance to look elsewhere for a moving truck. This experience was the worst I have ever had and will likely look elsewhere for a moving truck in future moves.

DOROTHY JThe trailer rental experience I had, in picking up and dropping off, was actually The BEST customer service I've ever recieved, "anywhere, for anything" in all my 54 yrs of living. Kim is not only professional, respectful and knowledgeable, but she's the rare breed of a customer service representative, who actually cares about her customers needs, and what they might be facing. Whether it's an uncertain move, or what kind of blocks your storage building is gona need. She actually takes the time to show she cares.. I not only give Winnsboro Storage a 5 star⭐️ thumbs up👍 and will be recommending from now on, to everyone, everywhere, but I also hope she gets promoted and raised to a standard where she belongs. And that's at the top o' the ladder! It may sound cliche, but life would be a much better place, with more Kim's in the world. Thank You, Uhaul and Winnsboro Storage, for having such an excellent representative ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jeffrey WNobody was there or would come in to recieve our trailer. *However, your phone representative, Jay, helped tremendously. Without his help over the phone to drop and leave the trailer, it simply wouldn't have been possible for a non-tech savvy person like myself. Over-all, I'll still recommend yal, because of Jay, and especially the man who rented us the trailer in Muskogee, Ok. They both deserve a promotion if it was up to me.

SKYLER MOne of the tires had separated and had to be replaced on my way home.
Kevin RThe only thing I could see to improve on is some kind of jack or lift to make it easier for the Uhaul rep to hook the trailer to the vehicle. Ms. Kim lifted the tongue of the dual wheel enclosed trailer and held it up while I backed up to it. If I had known what she had to do I would’ve picked it up while she backed up my truck. Not saying she didn’t do a good job, but with some type of lifted equipment would be helpful. Kim did an excellent job with Everything. Definitely will be using them again.
