One of the tires had separated and had to be replaced on my way home.
Kevin R.The only thing I could see to improve on is some kind of jack or lift to make it easier for the Uhaul rep to hook the trailer to the vehicle. Ms. Kim lifted the tongue of the dual wheel enclosed trailer and held it up while I backed up to it. If I had known what she had to do I would've picked it up while she backed up my truck. Not saying she didn't do a good job, but with some type of lifted equipment would be helpful. Kim did an excellent job with Everything. Definitely will be using them again.
