Sofia BWe returned the truck with the same amount of gas as when we picked it up but the paperwork had a different gas amount and we were charged for gas. The gas meter on the paperwork and the one in the truck dont resemble each other at all so i guess that is meant to confuse people. The truck was a little smelly in the back and had to spray because there were live roaches. It is what it is. Its Uhaul, got the job done.

Pablo RCustomer service sucks. Location was hard to find .we called 4 times for a land mark. She kept telling us down the street. All she had to do is tell us is It's in the Mobil boots phone store.we drove around for over an hour in one city block. NEVER AGAIN!! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!
Eddie HCame to pick up the truck and auto transport at the original location but the the staff was out of town, then call the customer service center and was sent to second location, While was there, the lady messed up our reservation, then I have to stepped outside to call the customer service again to fix her mistake. In addition, the equipment weren't ready, fuel level below reservation's report, dirty, wire connector to the trailer was damaged. Over all, worse experience with Uhaul, booked the equipment at 9:00 morning, didn't get until close to 2:PM. Cost me extra $$$ andime due to the delay.

Georgia BMy u-haul rental was a disaster. Scheduled a one-way at a location that u-haul guaranteed would have a truck. On pick-up day… no truck. As it was moving day, I was forced to go with a local rental that not only cost more, but required me to drive 60 miles back to return the truck at the end of the day. Awful experience in every way.

AMIN MThe truck had roaches in it as well as garbage. Yhe cab had caked up shit (sorry) around the cup holders as if it has never been cleaned And I requested a dolly which was not present. I've never had an experience like this from uhal. I don't expect perfection but I do expect cleanliness whem hauling my family belongings.

Richey HHorrible 24/7 mobile pickup. We were given a call previous day to pick the vehile from different location. We went the browser would do nothing. Nothing worked. So we waited in front of the store from 7 am to 9 am only to know the vehicle is not available. then we called and waited customer service line for 60 minutes, later they told someone took the vehile? How? we were at the store and noone drive a rental from there. They asked to go to different location an hour away to get the truck.
Joseph PThe trailer had trash and leaves inside. The person checking it out did not even come outside. I had to walk outside to get my own number and lift the trailer myself. I had to find a wire harness myself and it was not the employees fault she was all alone running this and a mobile phone store.

Teresita MThe uhaul location opened 15 minutes late. The store associate was not pleasant. The truck floor was dusted w/muddy foot prints, the truck was park in the back of the store in muddy water associate did not offer to pull the truck out, gas was extremely low. Just a negative experience.

Owen HThis company SUCKS!!!!!!!! THE EQUIPMENT WASN'T INSPECTED BE I PICKED IT UP (AFTER I ASKED THE GUY AT (WIRELESS IMAGE BELLE GLADE FL.) WHEN I FOUND OUT WAS IN THE MID OF THE NIGHT OMG!!!! I CALLED THE U-HAUL EMERGENCY NUMBER FOR ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE. WAS ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR!!!!!!!! I LOOKED UP THE COMPANY THEY ARE WORTH OVER BILLIONS AND THEIR STOCKS AT THAT TIME WAS $603 PER SHARE AND THEY ALLOW IRRESPONSIBLE PEOPLE THAT CLEARLY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL TO HANDLE THEIR EQUIPMENT. I HAVE CALL MANY TIMES SAID I WAS GOING TO GET A REFUND THAT HASN'T HAPPEN, A MANAGER BY THE NAME OF CAL CONNER WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL ME AND STILL HASN'T CALLED. CHATED WITH MARIBEL. I AND MY SON COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED HAULING A VEHICLE AT NIGHT. WHEN THE TRAILER WAS DROPPED OFF WAS INSPECTED THE GUY SAID IT WAS ALL HOOKED UPRIGHT. THE ISSUE WAS IN THE WIRING. AS I AM WRITING THIS COMMENT I LOOK DOWN AND IT SAY IF YOU WANT A RESPONSE FROM US PLEASE USE OUR CONTACT FORM (WHAT A JOKE, YOU CAN NOT EVEN ANSWER YOUR EMERGENCY PHONE NUMBER. JUST SO YOU KNOW I AM NOT DONE. THE FIRST U-HAUL PLACE I WENT TO THEY WANTED ME TO CHANGE THE TIRE ON THE TRAILER THEN IT WOULD BE GOOD, I SAID NO WAY, THAT'S WHEN I CALLED U-HAUL THEY DISCOUNTED 20% AND HAD TO DRIVE TO ANOTHER PLACE.
Anna MYour company has taken money out of my bank account 3 times for that one day I rented your truck. On 5/ 7 / 21 you charge me for that one day service. Now Uhaul has taken money out of my account on 5 / 10 / 21 and 5 /11 / 21. And no one has reached out to me yet !!! About this removal of my money. I will never recommend your company to anyone. Very poor customer service and my experience is still a nightmare because I don't have my money back in my account yet.
joseph cI returned the trailer the same night and was still charged an additional $97 because they didn’t update the system. When I called they have me an 800 number but I still haven’t spoken to anyone

AMIN MFilthy conditions where trucks are parked and smell is horrendous, I can forward pictures. Could not rent reserved trailer due to salesperson inexperience.
