Nothing!!! Wisdom makes this process so easy. Every time I rent from this location, I am in and out of the door before I know it. The guys are great ~ I wish other businesses were like this. Keep up the good work!

LIGANG DMake sure your dealer locations have the same equipment, tow hitches, tow balls etc so that purchases can be made. These locations should have the same equipment that is readily available at U-Haul locations.

ramon bThey provided me with a false gas odometer on the contract that does not reflect what was on the actual van. According to them it was at 7/8 of gas but when I drove away with the van it was on Empty. The van I rented had 6267 miles and when I returned it back the next day it was at 6276 miles, I only used 9 miles. I had to purchase gas right away from pick up morning. I'm being overcharged $197.79.

This location isn’t your typical U-Haul but it is much more intimate, smooth, and personal, the guys that work at Wisdom Tool Repair are extremely helpful and as a female in her 20’s I felt very safe, respected, and taken care of!

Mike HA terrible place, not at all safe and far from providing good service. There is no seriousness in what the company itself establishes, there is no guarantee in the service and the staff is not professional at all. Everything is chaos and they do not even know how to do their job. I do not recommend it and I am going to file a complaint with the corresponding department.

Fabian COwner of Wisdom had to clean trailer as I waited. He claims it had just been returned and had not had a chance to clean it, even though I was due to pick it up at 8am and didn't arrive until 8:30. It was a mess, used for disposing of sheet rock or something similar. Nice guy, just needs to step up his program by having units "completely" clean and ready when customers arrive to pick them up.

ANTONIO TWe are two small Asian women and did not feel safe returning the Uhaul at night. The lock is also difficult to use when putting it back on due to poor lighting.
MARYANN LI would recommend Wisdom Tool Repair but I absolutely would not recommend the Midway City location as that’s where I originally reserved a U-Haul from a week in advance! That location guaranteed that they would have the U-Haul for me however when I went to pick it up there was no U-Haul! He told me I would have to go to the U- Haul location at Beach and Garfield and assured me there would be a U-Haul truck available for me there. Yet again no freaking U-Haul! Frustrating beyond belief! If you say there is going to be a U-Haul there had better be a U-Haul! Cost me time and money as my guys we’re already ready to help me moved. So as a whole. I’m very disappointed in U-Haul.

Gail CWhen I got there the person was rude because I didn’t know they were called boxed trucks. When I dropped the U-Haul it had 1/2 and the person said said was less and that I was going to be charged extra. I took a photo of the odometer and gas had called U-Haul and they did say It was at 1/2 and they reversed the charges
