I had a very disappointing experience when I returned the vehicle. The gas marking on the car didn't match the one on the contract. I returned the car with MORE gas than when I picked it up, but I was charged for a Fuel service Fee + Additional Gas! This is unexpectable and I have already gotten in contact with UHaul to dispute these charges.Leonardo P.

Pretty standard, as most U-Haul representatives I have encountered over the years have been helpful and considerate. Danny is at the top of that category. It was a bit difficult to coordinate since the location is a business that is closed on Sunday, and the shop's printer was not working. Also, the reservation did not indicate there would be a $20 'after hours' charge, something called a $5 'safe trip fee' (no idea what that is - I did buy the $14 Safe Move' fee), and a $1 'environmental fee. So, an $83 rental expectation quickly grew to $114. $30 of add-ons that were not made clear. The rental process could clarify the actual costs more completely.Greg D.

This is a small U-Haul location embedded in a larger business. This allows a personal touch but with enough total business to keep the shop open. Danny is likely the friendliest rental agent you'll ever meet, and he is keen on providing great customer service.Ron B.
