The whole experience was perfect
PHILLIP PBest drop off location in our area. There's always seems to be someone working late and able to help. We dropped off close to 10PM - No problem they took care of us!

EDUARDO LDrop off was easy and they helped my park the trailer.
DAVID HThe pickup lot was cramped, tiny, and appears to have 4-5 businesses operating out of it. The trailers were parked extremely close together, in a way that made it very close to impossible to get out without hitting anything. In addition to all this the staff was generally unpleasant and unhelpful. The trailer CLEARLY was never checked to be sure it was fit for service. The front right hand d ring tie down point was missing, and the wooden rail was partially ripped off. Leaving me no way to tie the motorcycle I was transporting down. I had to then transport it laying down, entirely defeating the purpose of renting a trailer (to keep it safer than in the bed of my truck) Additionally the door was very difficult to open/close due to lack of maintenance/lubrication. Also the tires on the trailer were low to the point of it being unstable at any reasonable speed. And the best part is this location charged over 2x more than I paid for the same trailer at a different location a month previous. I would absolutely not recommend renting from this location. Terrible service and complete disregard for the condition of the equipment they’re happy to charge a steep premium for.
JOSHUA RI had a reservation for Marshall rd in wappingers falls ny. When I got there they didn’t have a truck . I had to travel 5+ miles to get another truck at a different location in fishkill and I did not get any reimbursement or anything. Very disappointed in my experience.
TREVOR LThe locks on the lock boxes were completely unusable/frozen or something I had to call the 800 number and they encouraged me to force the lock since the code was in correctly but the little lever would not move for anything. I had to bang on the lock in the freezing cold for like 10 minutes to get it to open. Please replace the locks or oil them or something.

jon zI drove a grand total of 11 miles. The gas on dash was a notch below Full. I put 1 gallon and half back into truck $5.00 ....my electronic receipt has a $20 gas surcharge....11 whole miles....I did... Do the math... Never again use u haul. .
David VThe experience was fine. They came and picked me up for a fee only problem with the truck. There was a couple of small items, trash in the cab other than that it was all good.

MARK FPicking up van was a mess, they were training a new hire and during the process they somehow doubled booked me, when i went to return van and use app the check out it told me i had put over 5k miles on rental - i drove 72 miles total.I had to spend an hour on phone with customer service in order for me to drop van off. Van itself was in great shape the customer service was lacking.

Rommel PYour mobile application can use significant improvement! It kept crashing while I was attempting to pick up a truck. 30 minutes later, I was assisted by someone on the help line. The truck was clean but was left 3/4's of a tank of gas.

John BYour app is horrible. Needs to be optimized. Couldn't go back to retake photo after accepting it by mistake. Has to call u haul to fix this. That's crazy.

Mary NThe 24/7 service was HORRIBLE. At this location, the wifi in the area was terrible. As a result, the process to get the truck on the cell phone kept timing out!!! It was extremely frustrating. Further... there is NO PHONE NUMBER to call!..... you only refer to the app, which is a problem, when the wifi / 4G in the area was so poor. It took over 1/2 an hour to finally get it to work. I will NEVER do this again unless there are actual PEOPLE giving me the truck. Further, the 24/7 process was far too complicated. My son did all of that the night before, and was still forced to redo pictures, etc. again when picking up the truck. Further, I am not even sure at this point what I was charged!
Linda IEngine seems in need of repair- the after hours 24/7 was difficult to use in that it took extra time to be approved.
