Great customer service - called to confirm that the trailer was on hand and mentioned that I was going to haul a motorcycle and they coordinated to get a trailer with a front chock to put the front motorcycle tire in it. When I got there, I was in and out with everything hooked up like it was a NASCAR pit stop - no waiting or wasted motion.

the truck they gave was really old. it was difficult drive because the wheels alignment was off; the steering well wouldn't keep the truck straight. Also,the transmission on that truck fell like it's going bad;; it was really loud every time it shift from one gear to the other. The driving experience was horrible and dangerous. It rained and the windshield wipers were bad; I could hardly see anything in front of me.

It was so impressive to rent U hauls twice in this office during the same week and have two different experiences. One totally 100% positive when picking up the first and the second trailer. And then on the other extreme; the returns of the 1st and 2nd UHaul trailer were negative, since the person there was having a bad time with the Uhaul parked there (not from his office) and really expressed rudely to me while he though I was delivering from a different office. Once I specified I rented it there; another employee helped me; but not the original grouchy old man with a bad day in his face. That is why I rate the other employees (all) EXCELLENT but this one was very POOR. no five stars possible like this.

Make sure the equipment rented is logged in and available when customer arrives so they don’t have to wait 30 minutes because someone won’t answer their phone

Only needed pickup or van for 2hrs. Appreciated the availability. But it cost me 45$ to pick up n move a 30$ sofa from a goodwill shop! Wish there were simple flat rate for couple hours use.

I was over charged for my rental. During this rental process, I had to get 3 rental agreements due to the limited number of trailers in the area. I requested a drop off in Orlando close to my house and was told it would be about $10 extra. I did not realize this fee was not on the last rental agreement and as a result was was charged a $50 fee (5 times the original estimate) for wrong drop off location. i was mainly concerned about returning the trailer damage free and clean and didnt even think to look for the alt drop off information on the contract. I dropped the trailer late in the evening so I was not aware of the $50 fee until a few days later. the $50 fee stated for "clean up" and only after i called to complain that the rep (or mgr) changed it to "wrong drop off". so u-haul was misleading for charging me for the wrong thing! the lady lied and said that she informed me that I had to return the trailer, had she told me, I would have addressed it in the store before i left. she also lied and said that she hooked up my trailer, she didnt ....a teenage kid hooked the trailer to my truck. she never came out the building. The trailer disconnected after I began to move after loading. I'm lucky I stopped to check the trailer. i have made several calls to get this corrected but i can never get to the actual uhaul stores, i get forwarded to the call center. i was told the store manager has complete otonomy to charge or not charge me. i was told he was given my info and i still have not gotten a call back or message from this manager named chris (per call center).
