vonetta G.The only issue I had was caused by the U-Haul app and fixed by the gentleman at Wojo's. When I started the process of using the U-Haul app, one section dealt with the gas gauge, to which I placed the gauge at 9/16 full (matched the actual gauge). When I turned it in, I had put a couple gallons of fuel estimating to myself how much the truck would use in 14.6 miles. When I turned the truck in, the gauge was exactly at the same point 9/16 full. The U-Haul app added $50 to the bill. Looks to me that the app assumes the fuel tank is always full when the truck is rented, regardless of what the truth is. Then when the truck is turned in, it assumes the renter has not replaced the fuel. It needs to be adjusted to use the information provided (backed up with the pictures) and compare the gauge position in this case to help provide an accurate final invoice.
